Same thing.  Asked to press 1 to identify then nothing happened.

verify name.  if correct press one.  then told to hold for answer. i hung up, i did not initiate call, i will not hold on for noone.

A recording asked to verify my name by pressing 1.  After pressing 1, I was instructed to wait for the next
available assistant at which time I hung up.

Got repeated calls from this number but when trying to call back they don't answer.
