this phone number is harassing my by calling me all day long

Pre-recorded message always calls me from 505-346-2950, only says it is important I call Lynn at 505-265-3476. Bill already paid but still call. Machine talk all the time!

I keep getting calls from this number, changed my phone number and THEN THE CALLS HAVE STARTED UP AGAIN!!  It is HARASSMENT and IF IT DOESN'T STOP I AM TAKING ACTION!  
The person left a message saying it was important and to call her back and left her name as Dee Wallace.

To Hawk and everyone else on this site.. IF this caller is in fact a debt collector as it appears they are.. Good news! They are in blatant violation of the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act!! Contact the New Mexico State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Office as soon as possible and file official complaints against them! The more complaints the faster the AG will shut them down!! The law states clearly that they must give proper identification of who they are, who they are trying to reach, and be prepared to answer any questions you may ask them. The law also make referance to the making of Useless calls, IE unidentified calls and no message left. And Causing a phone to ring, IE Harrassing phone calls. Fines and penalties used to be limited to a maximum of $16,000 but with the recent award to a woman elsewhere in the USA of millions. This limit is way gone!!

This is a call from The Advantage Group, a collection agency. I would advise you to call them back, but do not assume that you owe anyone anything. They're extremely disorganized and aggressive at the same time (not a good combination).

Call them. If you don't, you run the risk of allowing them to put something erroneous on your credit report. And they'll do it, make no mistake.

They were very aggressive with me, telling me that I owed money on a bill I had already paid. When I called their client, I learned that the error was most likely mixed up communication on AG's part, and when I called them back to point this out, I was not allowed to talk (this is the way they're trained, no doubt) until I calmly and politely asked the woman on the other end to slow down. She then suggested that I call HER client company and ask them to call her company...(!?)  So I'm a go between now between her company  and its client. (!?)

So call them, and if necessary, you'll have to call THEIR client to prove that you don't owe the collection agency money. Mind boggling.

I keep getting a call from this number. Apparently I have an unpaid bill from an escort agency and they are trying to collect.

I have been getting the same number calling me for months.  And it says it is Claire Spencer.  I don't owe money to anyone either.  They recently also started calling me from an 888-636-6505 number.

I keep gettin calls and messages from this number saying they are looking for a Claire spencer. The calls are coming later and later at night when I'm trying to get my kids in bed. I have called back but only received busy signals or no answer. I consider this harassment and it needs to stop.

I literally just activated a phone number last night and started getting calls from this number about "an important business matter". I have not called back because it is automated but the number called from is 505 346 2950, the numbers stated to call are 505 265 3476 and 888 636 6505. I'm so tired of these scammers.

i recieved a call from 2950 and the caller wanted my full name dob social and verification of my current address. She would not tell me where she was from.
So She advised me she would not i did not want to cooperate.
I called the actual group they put me on hold after a bit the call dropped and I had to call them back.
i had to leave a message for a manager telling her what I was going to do...tell their client. Call the police telephone unit.

Upon checking this number it is showing on internet as Albuquerque Collection Agency, who is representing Lovelelace health care on bill collection. .I have made monthly payments to them, not missed one, despite the fact that Lovelace lied to me saying I would not owe more that $500 copay, then billed me for thousands. They still keep calling.

if they are calling you about debt you should call them back whether you think you dont owe someone or not. i didnt know i had a bill that i thought my insurance was suppose to cover and they kept sending it to an address that i dont often check and so i owed money and i never knew. call them back. if you just ignore it, it will eventually show up on your credit report if there is a misunderstanding.

I get calls from this number daily saying, "hello, please call Ms. Lynn" or Wynn. I can't tell. I tried to call it back and all it does is beep. I'm so sick of this bs!

I continue to get recorded messages to call "about an important business matter." It is a collection agency calling for the person who had my phone number more than two years ago. I am sick of this collection agency harassing ME for somebody else's debts.

Yeah, I got the recorded message on a Saturday morning telling me to hang on and wait for someone but they never came through. Then an hour later some stupid woman called from this same number and started yelling "HELLO! HELLO! I'm calling for Liam!" Irritated, I said "What the hell do you want?" and she acted like SHE was the one who was offended saying "Well, I'm not going to talk to you!", and (thankfully) hung up! Ha! What a stupid idiot! I am certain she was "collecting" but I do not know what for. They must hire the biggest losers who can't get true customer service jobs to do this work. Frankly, if someone called to talk to me politely, they'd probably get 10 times better results for their efforts than they do... By the way, I NEVER respond to pre-recorded messages. EVER.

Do not want any more calls from the (505) 346-2950 number.

msg left for me says its for the New Mexico Gas Company and that my bill in past due. Which it is for 2 more days.

multiple phone calls from this number...we don't owe anything and are on the do not call list....cannot get a person, cannot get anything but a busy signal on trying to call to cease and disist....caller is always "this is Claire SPencer and this is not a sales call...

how to stop these morons??

I keep getting messages to call "Claire Spencer" about an important business matter. If this is a debt collection agency, they are calling the wrong person. I don't owe a dime to anybody. And I am supposedly on the do-not-call list. Lot of good that does.

I think its from payday loans cuz this guy I know put me down as a reference before without asking so they call me when he doesn't answer

I got a call this morning and they left a message that it was a Mr. Anthony Calling about an important business matter, So a debt collector most likely.

I got a call from Alex Lopez collection agency (The Advantage Group Professional Affiliation)  for Lovelace hospital bill that I paid in May!  I had to take off from work to talk to someone in personal at Lovelace to call Alex to tell him that I paid my bill.  OMG I can't believe Alex called me again!

They also show up on caller ID as 505-000-0000 sometimes.
