Like everyone else I got this call,  didn't answer,  & they left no message.  
Reading the posts about the odd response to the calls back,  I would say this is one of the companies who sell lists of GOOD cell phone numbers.  That is,  cell phone numbers are only really listed as bulk numbers attached to various carriers,  people who do cold calls need to know if someone real is attached to this number,  so some companies go in,  dial every number on the list and if you answer or call back Your Number Is Put On a List Of Active Numbers.  I joined the no call list in my state the minute it was set up,  but had to join again for every single cell phone I have ever had,  and most people do not bother.  

Rec'd this call on my cell. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. When I called the number back, it immediately went to a recording asking me to push any button to be removed from their call list. I'm pretty sure robocalls to your cell is illegal.

Guessing got my # from a job search site.

The message I received, paraphrased: "The FBI would like me to press 1 if I want to participate in securing my neighborhood by allowing an undetectable device to be placed in my front yard for monitoring purposes in my neighborhood". Probably a special interest group without a decent business model. One would suggest trained professionals couldn't possibly be that stupid. They do however name their covert surveillance wifi under the codename: FBI SURVEILLANCE VAN. So.... coin toss anybody? Also, hearing references to cell information becoming publicized. Expect more weird calls and don't provide any information, no matter how insignificant it may seem.

Called saying every minute the fbi reports.........  I hung up

They even called me. How the heck did they get my cell number! My number is private! Called and left no message.

This number just appeared on caller Id to an inside line at a mfg. facility.

I called this number back, got a recording saying " not enough minutes for this call."
I called again, message said, " push any key to get on the no call list."

They are calling from LOSERVILLE. Left no message. Just like a LOSER would.

telemarketer for home security systems

Called my cell. Didn't leave a voicemail.

Have to agree must be a telemarketer. Called twice within 5 minutes to my work cell. No message and I don't intend to answer this one.

Just called my cell phone. I did not pick up. No message left.

Called a few minutes ago, no voice mail left. Called it back and got a recording saying "please enter any digit to be removed from this list".

Did not answer. Partial voicemail was left, sounding like a telemarketer for home security systems.
