when my husband picked up the phone, there was a recorded message about "your auto warranty" - hung up on them

call to "reduce my credit card interest rates" since I am such a valued customer, although when I asked which credit card, he just told me visa/mastercard, when I asked him for which bank, he told me experian, and when I asked for a call back number he hung up on me. When you try to call back, you get a recorded message that the number is no longer in service.

Today, 2/23/09, received a call to "reduce my credit card interest rates" since I am such a valued customer and I have been making timely payments. I asked what card this is for, the reply was "for your Visa/MasterCard". I said that I have more than one they'd need to be more specific... and they hung up. I did not attempt to call the number back.

So sick of these calls; they don't even listen to the recorded message that states our name and not the family that lived here over a year ago.

Um....I live in California and I get a call from Canada? I missed it but I called back and there is an error message.

I also received the "...your credit card company..." call from this number. I receive the same call every couple weeks and it is MORE THAN ANNOYING! Not only are they violating the national do-not-call registry, but they are outright mis-representing themselves by claiming to be "your credit card company" and by intentionally hiding their identity with invalid caller ID numbers. Why on God's green earth aren't they being shut down???

I suggest all file a complaint with the Federal do not call list.

they called me with "important information about my vehicle warranty". I pressed one for the operator and she asked me for the year make and model of my vehicle. I replied "which one"? She said, " your newest one". Then I replied, " you know something about my warranty, you tell me which vehicle you're calling about". The woman hung up.

Started out as recording about auto warranty. I then pressed 1 and man came on the phone. I asked what company he was calling from and he said 711 and hung up
