Telemarketer offering free home security system for placing sign on lawn. Dan hung up when I told him mine was a Do Not Call number. I live in a condo, so I should have let him try - ha ha. Wish our government would get busy and punish these pariahs.

This is a telemarketer for GE home security systems. it's a telemarketing call, and they'll talk right over you as you tell them that they're calling a pay-per-use cellphone and to have them put you on their do-not-call list. Don't even take the call.

Claim to be from a home security company. Called them back a few times and got a different company name each time.
