I went through the whole shebang with these people.  They say they are from "Advanced Business Solutions" and are sending information on their services.  There is also a $60 check that we can apply to our phone bill.  I said ok, then they sent me to their shipping department to confirm my address.  Then they put me on hold to take me off their do not call list so I no longer get calls from them.  I was told to hold on for 30 seconds while the computer processes this request.  During that 30 seconds, there is a recording of a lady speaking 200 miles per hour saying that I would be billed 49.99 per month unless I dialed a 800 number that there was no way to write down fast enough.  When I returned to the guy, I told him that I was not authorized for any payments on our phone bill.  Beware!

Same as the other comments, only the one who answered the phone was not the usual office manager and the caller got irate with my employee.

I think i made a mistake! Same people called me at work. And i wasn't sure how to get rid of them so i kept saying "ok", "yes". However, they have our old address, and when she was confirming it to me i lied and said yes that's the address.
And after i heard that recording thing (which wasn't not clear anyway), i said "yes". Though, at first when i answered the phone, i told them that i can't decide on the phone bill i am just a secretary, and she told me that its ok i don't have to be the owner to decide.
Am i in trouble? I know i won't receive anything in the mail since its the wrong address. And i won't be able to call them again to cancel anything they charge us!

800-220-1327 they talked so fast and talking about a rebate but i dont know what company they are

Called my office and told me they wanted to send information to my office and asked to verify my address.  Afterwards I was told I would be charged $49.95 a month for their services, even though I didn't order any of their services.

just tried to rip us off.  phone number they claimed they are calling from is not valid.  *69 revealed they called from 800.220.1327 which gives a message of "all circuits are busy."  my coworker asked if the man was selling something and he told her that he was updating our address in his system, then had her listen to a recording describing how our we were going to be charged for an item if it was not returned within 30 days.  sherepeated told them "no" after hearing their recording and they kept repeating that they were sending something.

After telling them to "go f--k themselves" 3 days in a row, theyt appear to have stopped calling me!!

I got scammed by them at work. They wanted to verify my business. I did and then a few days later I got a card with my name on it saying that they were going to bill my for these services. I called back and told them to take me off. They did but I hope it's true.

Same thing..exact same thing happened to me! What? Do they think we can't understand the 500 mile a minute, speed talking lady on the recording stating that we would be billed $49.99 per month? I can't write that fast and couldn't hear everything that was said. The guy came back, I asked him 'So we're going to be billed $49.99 per month, is that what was said?' He said 'Yes.' I told him 'No, No, we are not paying you anything.' He tried to explain himself further, but I told him to hold on a moment, I got my manager who was going to take the call and he hung up on me. They are not a legit company & they are messing w/the wrong person. They had told me they were 'Advanced Business Solutions' and I wrote down the number that came up on my caller id (800) 220-1327. Scumbags.

Received a call from this number and they said they were Advanced Tech Services" and wanted to verify our business mailing address.  When I said the address was correct they told me $49.95 would be charged to our telephone acct.  I told them no and to take us off of the call list.  The woman said I was breaking up and she couldn't understand me.  She then hung up.  DON'T EVEN VERIFY YOUR MAILING ADDRESS OVER THE PHONE!

Got a call from (800) 220-1327, woman tells me that she is "Advanced Business Services and since I'm an excellent customer my phone company is mailing me a check for $60.00."  She can't tell me how she knows or who my phone company is.  ya, right.

When these people call the office, they say they are from "Advanced Business Solutions".

Got call from this number, and they said they were working on behalf of my telephone company, and that they wanted to send me a phone to try out for 30 days, and if I did, they'd also send me a $60 credit for my phone company to use against my service bill.  She said (Taffida) that the conversation was being recorded for quality control.  When I asked why that was happening, and was I actually confirming an order, she hung up!  My advise to you, just hang up if they call.

1-800-220-1327 calls several times daily; says nothing when we answer and does not respond to fax tone or answer machine. When we call number back,
get message says "We're sorry all circuits are busy now. Will you please try your call again later?"
