i have been getting these calls for ayear now and its always a different indian on the other end. So i keep trying to get them to forward all the information to the addres they have on file. No they just get mad and hang up. Then they call me back and cuss me saying your a dumb f---k for not paying your bills. How would one go about getting them to stop.

they kept caling my work and nearly got me fired so i turned them into fbi and wasc told they are aware of it but they can't do anything as they are not in our couintry and are using illeagal routers to call from different areas in different area codes do not fall for it they are a scam they hacked into several pay day loan services and got the information we finally got them to stop calling work when the head office sent the lawyers after them and threatened them with leagal action as they where tying up the phones at work and threatening employees

I received a call from a John Smith a couple mins ago on my work phone. The guy told me that legal action was being pressed against my social security number. I asked for what, he then told me that he couldnt tell me that. So I informed him that this was a scam. He then tells me that this is not a scam and if I dont pay the money in 30 days then the police would come to my job. So I asked for his contact info. Once he gave it to me, I typed it in the google search engine and it came up as a scam number. So I told him that I was right this is a scam. So he says if you dont believe me I will have the police come to your job. I then told him to go ahead they dont have far to go because I am a police officer so he hung up. I guess they dont know that it is illegal to call someones job to handle these kind of issues, plus loan companies dont sue you for a payday loan that they cant get back. They just add it to your credit report. Good luck with that scam buddy next call will be traced lls.

Yea these people are SICK! This is a scam but the sad part is that once you realize that they just change the number because I continue to get these calls 2 or 3 times a month and I just don't answer anymore and delete the messages and usually they don't call back but back in May when this first started ( they get all your personal info off of a website like if you're applying for a loan or something) they would not only call my cell phone repeatedly but they would call my work SEVERAL times a day and be RUDE to my boss! When I wasn't there they would demand that my boss take a message and even say that they were "officer" Ryan Jocobs or some BS made up name that sounds American cuz they can barely speak English. Thank god my boss was so sweet and asked me about it and was concerned before she assumed anything because they could've cost me my job! It's f'n disgusting and you can't do s*** about it. I screamed at them and threatened to report them to the district attorney and that ended that one but there Is always another that will try it again.

I received two calls at my JOB and numerous calls at my home from 508-683-0014 from someone identifying themselves as Robert Clark calling from "the law office". I do not owe anyone ANY money and d@mn sure don't have any outstanding loans!!! He is telling me that I'm being sued. I promptly let him know that most people don't call before they have filed in court. He says it's for an outstanding loan but couldn't give me a reference number and wouldn't tell me the name or address of who is supposedly suing me.  THIS IS A SCAM!!! What worries me is how they got my phone numbers!!!!

I have received these same calls from a man and woman.  A thick Indian accent telling me or my attorney to call about some unpaid bill or loan.  I don't owe anything.  How they got my cell phone number I have no idea.  Be aware!

This same thing is happening to me as well with # 508-499-7181. I called the number back and left a message telling them that if they didn't stop calling and harassing me, I would contact the actual legal authorities and give the police/district attorney their number and the messages they left me. Then I am going to file harassment and fraudulent charges against them.  How in the hell did they get all of our SSNs??? Who knows what they have tried to pull with that information.

I am receiving the same calls. A guy named Sam Watson (Thick accent) stating I owe money and
if I don't pay the police will show up and arrrest me. And They have a hold on my ss#. What creditor
does this ?  SCAM SCAM

I got a call from this number.  I could hardly understand what the guy was saying but he had all my information.  He said something about an arrest at my job and he had the last four numbers of my ss# and address.  Who are these people?

Just to help other people out I to received a phone call from this number today. I was told I would be arrested for fraud if I did not pay 300.00 from a pay day loan from "USCashAdvance." They refused to give me their names (Indian Accents) the second supervisor referred to himself as the "Superior" I said oh really now supervisors are superior? The 3rd Manager/supervisor stated he would send me something (after others stated they could not) within 2 hours. 5 hours later I received a document with many email errors. The email was signed "Thanx" and no name.

The letter heading states "CashNetUsa-Fast Payday Loans" it also states 200.00 with 100.00 fee's associated. There are many spelling errors, I have pasted a piece of this letter below so others may see a sample of what they are doing Funny thing in addition to this on the date I supposedly applied for this loan I was in Morocco! NO email access! You will note the links in the email, they do not work.

This evening I received another call from a female (Indian Accent) I could not hear her so I called back, She acted like she had no idea who I was or why I was calling. She handed the phone to a man. I stHe asked why I was calling. I explained well I think we have already covered this ground this morning. I explained I have notified credit reporting agencies, bank, email accounts deleted and phone numbers changed. He hung up on me! LOL SCAM!

there is a guy that keeps calling he uses a diffrent name every time. saying that if i dont call back that i will have police officers show up at my work. not only do they call work but they call me at home as well. and they also tell my boss that i am being sued and if i dont call back i am going to jail. but however if you call the number back they get really rude and say they dont know what i am talking about.

Someone is calling our house who has my social security number.  The woman with an Indian accent says she is doing an investigation.  I am concerned.

My fiance recently got a cash advance loan & in the last few wks weve been receiving these calls.  they have been calling his boss @ work everyday & actually verbally threatening him when he wont let my fiance talk 2 them. So this morning he goes out 2 his vehicle (which was actually a borrowed vehicle cuz his is broke down) & there is a paper under the wipers w/ this # & the name Bob Cooper written on it. we are reporting them 2 the police & seeking an attorny 2 put an end 2 this.

i have goten the same phone call from the same man with the same accent saying that i have 21 days to pay back a loan that i never got fron a loan company and said he was the loan officer also said i had comitted fraud the only difference is the number that came up on my cell phone was shown like this 770-026-71 didnt answer it so they left this number 508-499-7181 when i called it and started to comfront him he put me on hold and never got back on the line revesred suched it and it said it was a number out of Oxford,Ma the man also said to me my address and last four of my social number and said he was going to print the report and send it off to the courts for legal action

I received a call again from this same number today the guy with the inidan accent said his name was DerrIck Williams. I told him to stop calling me at my job, he said that I didn't call him back and his supervisor is telling hime to call.  I asked him his supervisor's name he said it was Ken Murphy.  In the background I could hear other voices all of whom were male and seemed to have Inidian accents.  I received calls like this about 2 months ago from a guy with t think inidian accent.  This is a scam and I reported it to a payday loan company that I had used in the past and they also told me this was a scam.

YES its a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they called me saying they were officer Walter Jones as well as John Tayler they would say that i had a law suite on me from a cash loan. I ask how much was it for and if they had a # for the cash loan place they told me that it was in my email and that they didnt have it i was argueing with them saiying that they should have it. so i hung up and looked up the cash loan place i called them and they said it was a scam and put me through to their fraud department. These people have been trying to scam me all month. Im lucky that i have a friend in my local police department and they get scared every time they call them

I keep getting the same calls at work and home.  saying i commited fraud and they are going to sue me, and they wont stop especially at work.  aghhhhhhh

Same thing has just started happening to me.

Got a call from a man who called himself Capt. Kevin Johnson accusing me of owing money for a payday loan. Had my address,e-mail,sss#, bank name called me at work threatening me with a law suet. I know I have no payday loan. So  when I called him back he would not give me any information a true detective would have explained everything. What can we do about this?

Got called from 508-499-7181 Saying he was Officer Harry Wilson. Here's how you get rid of these calls:

1.) Call back, make sure someone answers
2.) THREATEN TO MURDER THEIR FAMILY IN FRONT OF THEM.
3.) Repeat step 2 for about 3 hours, for 2 days, and they'll NEVER call again.

Yeah, but I bet if you call NYPD they've never heard of the person.  I've read that they try giving badge numbers.  They also impersonate the IRS, DOJ, and FBI.  They also pose as IT people trying to "fix" a virus on your computer and try to get you to log into a phishing site.

I just want to know where they are getting personal information from.  I had to file a complaint with the Indiana Atty General because they have my entire SSN, my home address, my full name, etc.  They also know where I work and where I bank.

I'm not stupid.  I never share this stuff.  I don't know how they got it.

It is a scam.  They call with area codes and numbers throughout the country.  People are giving them thousands of $$ to "settle" things out of court.  There is no court.  If you ask them where they filed these supposed "criminal charges" you'll find out they don't even know the name of your local court.  I told the guy he was a fraud.  He said he was going to send me papers the next day to go to court, and I said bring it on.  Now when they call I tell them I'm still waiting for my subpoena.  Been going on for three weeks.

A man with a strong accent called and told me that I was a cosigner for a loan for someone and gave me a badge number from the NY police Department

My friend started receiving phone calls from a man with a very thick Indian accent. She called to tell me that we were apparently being sued!  He said he was calling about a legal matter of me not paying back money owed on a loan through "EZ CASH"  I never received any funds from this, or any other place!  He said his name was Ken Murphy.  Watch what emails you open and what websites you give information to!

these people are scam left be a voicemail talking about i owe loans and i was going to put in jail .than he says do i want to take care off it out off court so when i asked for there info and told him inorder to get online loans they have to use my bank account . that show no record of a such thing the man got quick with me and hurry up and hung up this is a scam...
