I recieved  a few phone calls from a lady named hazel with a heavy accent. Said I had a payday loan that was not paid. The amount was 300 but she couldnt tell me the company. I have payday loans but none in the amount of 300! Said I could pay 433 then she would send me the name of the company. I asked her to email me the information but she refused. I was scared at first but my records show I am safe.

This number has been harassing me everyday and when i called back to respond to the voicemail i had on my phone they couldnt answer any of my questions and hung up on me! First of all, they have violated hippa laws by leaving my personal information on voicemail, second, they have been harassing me which has really made me mad and then hung up on me while i was trying to talk to a manager. So i have called them ever since and they keep hanging up on me. They are a scam.

i just got a message from a guy with a strong accent saying me or my lawyer needed to call back and if i didnt then good luck with my situation or something like that. nobody threatens me im sorry. this is unqccpetable

Just got a call from Phillup Davis with a heavy mideast accent - (come on man!) I am getting very tired of this. I have also gotten calls from these dirt bags calling from 719-315-0713, & 804-728-0863, and now...506-521-9942. I have been getting these since 8/17. My wife finally went to the police who said they can't do anything about it b/c they are out of the country. Last Saturday, we decided to change our cell #'s & home #'s, as blocking them only leads to them calling from a different #. So, I reccomend the same to anyone else having this problem...That, and pull a copy of your credit report, And sign up for a credit monitoring service, ie-Lifelock, as they do have the last 4 of your ssn. That means they are capable of applying for credit in your name. Thats really about all you can do. They are still calling my job, but after only once this morning, thanks to my new greeting."This call has been intercepted by the United States department of Anti Muslim Extortion, and your location has been I'd, and locked in! as of yesterday i got a call from 508-521-9942 a man with a strong accent. he asked for lawyer name and number and i asked what for so he transfer me. a woman also with a strong accent said i receive a loan from cash advance and never paid it back(which i never have) in the amount of $390 so i asked her what bank number they have? She couldnt answer that question or any other question i asked. should i be concern or is this a scam?

the same foreign dumb a***s keep calling me day in and day out at work and home asking for my social and payment for fraud.  ive never received a loan and they have gone as far as threatening to come to my job and kill me and my coworker and have me arrested.  they also told me that me and my husband that we could suck their c***!

I  HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND TODAY A CWERTAIN SARAH MARACYA CALLED ME. She said i committed fraud and that they going to report it to my employer and that my state has a zero tolerance . She asks me if i had a lawyer and i told her that i didnt know i needed one and that  those documents were supposed to be served to mwe. She said that tomorrow at 11 am i will be served and arrested unless i pay the so called $390 loan i took in 2009. I asked her under which name was the loan taken in 2009, she said my correxct name, however  i recently changed my name so i knew it was not right.  I asked her which bank she said Chase, i did not have a chase account in 2009. So she wants me to pay today by 5 pm. I hung up on her. I called back with my lawyers' information, no one picked up. Sadly they have my social under my new name. That is concerning!

I got a call from this number and she said her name was "Alicia Williams".  Strong idian accent and said I was under federal investigation and I needed to call them back.  As I have have simmiliar calls in the past I googled it first.  Generally if you stay strong and tell them to send you something in writing and they say they will send you an email tell them no I want you tyo mail it to me and say if I am under investigation you should have my mailing address.  This usually stops future calls.

I have been geeting calls from a person from this 508-521-9942 number who says that his name is Anthony Rogers "atty". He says that I have committed fraud by taking a loan and not repaying it.
and that I must have my attorney call him.
I told him that i have not taken any loan from anyone. He was unable to give me the name of the company that stated that i had taken a loan from them. He was unable to give me the name, I really think some one as sold My personal information.He kept calling my home and also leaving messages on my work number.I really dont remember which law firm he says that he was calling from.

Called my home phone number - same spiel with a less heavily accented voice. Basically the same as above post - this time caller ID showed this number as SKYPE

Got a message at work to call this number. They did not answer when I retrurned call, but I got a voice mailbox. I called lated and got the woman with the heavy accent. She told me it was something about a SS number fraud. I asked why a firm would call on a cell phone and she became very rude and asked me to listen. I "lost" my connection. They called me back later and I had already checked this web site out, so I said I know this is a scam. If you have any information you can send it by registered mail. The man transferred me to the woman and I repeated what I told him. She then put me on hold and I hung up.

I get calls from these types of guys all day at work. Asking for every which CNA at our nursing home. John Smith, Patrick Brown, and who ever else need to stop calling. I just tell them we do not accept personal calls and typically they leave me alone but one guy in particular calls and says doragetory things to me because i know hes a scam and hes mad and gonna cry like a baby. just have a snotty addittue with them it makes them more mad! lol

I got one of these calls yesterday.  Seemed fishy to me when they guy says Massachusetts yet has an Indian accent, as does his supervisor.  So I did a search on the phone number and found this site.  I said "This is a scam call" and hung up.  They've not called back.

I have been getting calls from this number several times at work and on my cell phone.  The guy says his name is Patrick Brown and he has a heavy accent and says he is with a law office.  Blah blah blah...  580-521-9942.  Says he will start legal action blah blah blah...  I just told him ok go ahead and he hung up on me.  I'm not too worried.

I just got this same call saying I owed a pay day loan from 2009 online. I have never gotten a payday loan online n 2009! I am reporting this now!

I received a call from this number yesterday and again today.  They identified themselves as Lees Oscar Law Office and when I spoke to them and asked them not to call me at work, they continued to dial my number and I went and call them on my cell phone number and spoke to a man with a heavy accent calling himself Scott.  He was rude and when he said it was law office, I asked him for he attorney's bar number and he hung up.  I called him right back and asked him why he hung up on me when I asked him for that number and he stated "I am not your servant"  I told him I believe he was sold my information from some other company and told him not to call me again.  he stated okay ma'm and now they have called me back again today.

I have gotten calls from so called michelle williams as well I cursed them out and asked for company adress and they hung up. Said it was in reference to a cash advance that was never received.

I just got a call from this number at work. The female asked me who my lawyer was and the number because I was being sued for fraud.  I told her I didn't know about and law suit.  So she transferred me to a gentleman with a strong accent and he proceeded to tell me that I would be serve with a subpena to appear in court and that an officer would be coming to my work with a bench warrent for my arrest. I have no clue what these people are doing but my main concern is that he knew my full SSN and said my email and bank account had been traced.
