A man from Indian descent supposedly named Bill Ortiz keeps harassing me on my job calls everyday over 15 times a day and has been warned of charges being filed of harassment and stalking. Please for the Love of God can you help me to get these people to leave me alone. They will not send me a copy of this supposedly $300 bill from 2006 and want my bank account information. They threaten me. Help. please.
