Hello everyone,

I work for a company named Cash 4 You in Ontario Canada and I assure you this is definitely a scam. Some one in the USA has been using our company name.  In the past  few month we have been receiving several call calls from people in USA regarding this scam asking about their money.  

Cash 4 You is Canadian owned and operated only within the province of Ontario and we do not conduct any such business through Western Union in the USA.

Please becareful with these calls.  If you receive a call like this contact the police immediately with all info you can get from these scammers.

Got call from 713-370-7392 regarding same thing.  Who do you report this to?  I called consumer complaint and filed complaint.

i got a call from 510-327-2278 they sed that i needed too pay back a loan that i never got.they keep callin my phone all day long and told me that they are gone too send the cops to my house and i better call the number back so i did but ever time i call back it say the number you called is not workin so i call a lawyer and told him with was gone on and he told me not to think about it if they dont send you any paper in the mail no need too do anything and dont give them any info..and as for me i well never put my info or ssn bank account number in the computer again

I've been receiving Calls from this number weekly for the past 3-4 weeks, yep I have a lawsuit against me (NOT), yep the cops are going to come arrest me (NOT), due to a Cashnet loan I took out in 2010 (NOT), they keep wanting me to repeat my email address...nice try NOT send me an email if you know it, they keep wanting me to repeat my SS# now that takes nerve...so I ask them all in Civil manner/tone what do you want me to do give you all my information so you can continue to scam me??? Wasn't born yesterday...so todays' phone call ended with them telling me to GO TO HELL YOU A$$H$$$ MOTHERF$$$$$$ so tell me....who's the professional one here, who's the attorny with the two first names, who is reading word from word from their Script???

You have no idea how relieved I am to find out that i'm not the only victim of these scam artists. They have been calling and calling me about the same thing, telling me that they  have a case against me for a loan that I did not pay back to some company. I know for a fact that i have never had a loan from this company. They had all of my personal information and kept asking me for my bank statements. They also had the nerve to call my work information.They said that I would be served papers at my work and taken to the court and would have to prove myself before the judge. These people need to be stop  ,   I report this situtation TO MY BANK AND THEY BLOCK MY ACCOUNT  SO NO ONE CAN GET ACCESS but me AND SOCAIL SECURITY NEXT STOP, AND FURTHER ACTION  NEED TO BE   TAKEN TOP STOP THESE  COMS. AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO CALL ME THIEF ON THE PHONE.

I got a call from some foreign person at this number asking me to verify my SS no.  and saying i had charges against me for loans.  I tried to call back the number and it does not ring.  Who are these people.:  I couldnt understand what the man was saying becasue his english was so bad.

that is what they told me and called my cell number and my work.  I couldnt understand alot of  what the man was saying, bad accent.

I received the same call from these people stating I owe a loan and the police are going to come for me.  They called me several times today and I went off and he hung up on me.  I am filing a police report.

I received a call from this number and they told me the same story only the company I supposedly owe is EZ Cash and the police are coming for me.  I called the police and I also called the name of the phone carrier and the gentlman stated that he will contact the provider who assigned them this number and file a complaint.   I advise each of you to call their phone carrier and file a complaint to get this number shut down.

They told me they have a law suit to my SSN, they want me to call another number, They keep calling so I put their number on Craig's list as free legal help  I bet their phone rings off the hook LOL!

i missed call but i called it back and asked who is this? he said mike can i have your phone number? i said no what company is this he um then hang up. said it came from rodeo,ca. they pronounce it row-day-o down there some reason but thats my 2 cents hope it helps

these people are harrasing me from this telephone number, they call me 150 times a week, everytime I block the numbers the numbers that they call from, they call from a different number.  Also they have all of my personal information, I just dont know what to do about this situation.

I call them 10 times a day and break their chops you should too everyone should  and list them on craig's list so people call them FREE LEGAL ADVICE  or something

I had received a call this past week from the (510) 327-22798 number with an threatening message to return the call or they would send the papers to my company.  When I returned their call to ask who they were, they perceeded to tell me that I was being taken to court.  When I asked what for they perceeded to say something about a payday loan.  When I told them I hadnt had a loan they said that I would have to prove it in court.  Is there anyone who can tell me where I can file a complaint?

oh  my god  i received a call from thiss  number  today and the  person sounds so  like indian or  middle eastern,i cant hardly  understand him..but he said to me that im been  acused of  fraud..he ask me  do you receive ss or  unemployment benefits?i  answer absolutly not..i think this  has to do withy a  online  loan i make  rescently  but have been paid  in full. i was so  scared you can imagine..he  treat  me to  find  a lawyer and call him back  and  that i will receive  a paper  from them to go to court...awfull....ma..I STILL  SCARE WAITING UNTIL THIS FRIDAY...7J

Received a call from a Bryan Watts (Legal Department) from somewhere saying I had better call him back at (510) 327-2278 and deal with my loan or "good luck" with the consequences. This is a scam and I have never heard of the Indian-sounding fraudsters before.

I too just received a call from these people saying his name was Dan Wilson and that they have criminal charges filed against me in Ca for owing money to a place called Cash 4 you. When I researched the whole thing, this company is in Canada and can't loan to people in the US and said they don't have a legal dept in Ca. I called them back and started asking more questions and of course their answer was "that information is confidential", then i got hung up on as well. Don't talk to these people they are scammers!! I'd love to find out who they are and press charges for ID theft!! I think I'm going to call the LA county police now and see what can be done and how these people can be found since they're obviously using fake names!!

I work at an elementary school! They are tying up phone lines & will not stop. I have never heard of any of them, don't need a loan, nothing...wtf? If I lose my job due to this...I'm going to be very very upset! My boss made me call the cops on them. They're on the way here now...embarassing!

I just received a phone call from a man named jake but he is clearly from another country. I am so pissed off b/c he has called me back to back at my job like 20 times. This is ridiculous!

These people keep calling me at my place of employment and saying that I have a case against me for a loan that I did not pay back to a company called "Insta loan". I have never had a loan from this company or any company for that matter. They said I owe over $8,000. and that I could do an out of court settlement for $605. They had all my personal information including my SSN, bank account #, Drivers License #, Address and work information. They said that I would be served papers at my work and taken to the court and would have to prove myself before the judge. I freaked out and went straight to my bank to change all my banking information, my personal banker called the number back and tried to ask them questions regarding that matter and got hung up on a dozen times. This is a huge scam, don't pay these people or believe anything they say and never verify your information with them. The first person that called me said his name was Brain Smith and the second was Derek Wilson. They don't even sound like they are from the U.S. you can barely understand their indian acsents. Good luck to anyone who receives these calls.
