just got a call from this number and when i call it back its not a working number july 20th 2010

we got 6,582 calls from 5103716027 between April and Dec at our call center. When you the call the number back you get a message that the call can not be completed as dialed. Anyone else hit with this number or have any idea what they are trying to do?

THIS SAME GUY CALLS OUR COMPANY EVERY SINGLE DAY & CUSSES US OUT IN A SCARY MAFIA TYPE VOICE . HE'S BEEN CALING FOR AT LEAST A YEAR STRAIGHT. USUALLY ONLY CALLS ONE TIME EACH DAY , NOT OVER & OVER LIKE SOME PRANK CALLERS.. ALSO WHEN YOU TRY CALLING HIS # BACK THAT SHOWS ON CALLER ID, IT STAES THAT CALL CANNOT BE COMPLETED A** DIALED .

I receive daily calls from this number, but the caller always requests a return call to a different cell number. I haven't bothered to return his call, since he won't indicate what the call is regarding.
