400 is not a number in the 404 (Atlanta) exchange. White pages reverse look up doesn't recognize it. There's something weird going on, even with how this number shows up on a call recipient's phone. I've never answered it and no one has left a message. It is most likely a spoofed number.

Their "Do Not Call List" is NOT the same as the one run by the government, FYI.

I received 2 calls, 1 minute apart, from 630 869-1320  & 404 400-1325, on my cell phone, and I am on the do not call list, my
cell phone is for emergency call's only.    CHUCK

I picked up the call and they immediately hung up.  I tried to call back and got a fast busy tone.

Called, I didn't answer, they left no message.  I have not visited the affordable care act website.

Not only do they call, they ask if they catch you at an inconvenient time. When you reply YES, their response is I will be brief. I have not signed up for anything or given out my number and I have been on the Do Not Call list for more than 15 years (as long as I have had a mobile or cellular phone). I told them to lose my number and blocked them on my phone.

Received a call from them on my cell phone, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. When I tried to call them back, it just rang and rang and eventually stopped ringing but did not disconnect.  I have not signed up for any kind of insurance but have been receiving a lot of calls. Somehow they are not being stopped by the "do not call".

Got four calls today on my work cell phone from this number.  Blocked it on personal  Iphone 5  before they start calling that, but I can't block it on my iphone4 which is my work cell.  I didn't pick up, and they did not leave a message.  .  Caller ID says it is from GA.    Annoying.  

Just got a call from this number, no one was there & the line was silent.  If it's for Obamacare, I've never even been to the website for them to have access to my number.  I tried to call back a few times & all I get is a busy tone.  Getting fed up of spam calls & I've been on the do not call registry for over 4 years.

Previous post didn't sound like it was "blaming" anyone, just stating facts - 1) signed up for Obamacare and 2) now getting lots of insurance calls that weren't coming before. I can see how the poster could assume this was more than a coincidence. Let's hope it was, and that there is no "data mining" going on from the Obamacare website; that would be just one more problem for the people trying to fix it to deal with.

I have good insurance so have not signed up for Obamacare...am on the "do not call" list and am getting these calls as well.

Calls me evey day i can't call back cause i have a trac phone and it cost money to call wen i anser it beeps and hangs up if u get a call from them don't anser it will charge u

I do not answer unkown #s - they left no message.  Spammers.  They are now blocked.

I received a call today from this number as well....they are selling life insurance....funny, I have had my number for about 15 years, I have been on the do not call list for about 8-10 years. I do not get unsolicited calls on my phone. I sign up for Obama care to see what my options were on health care and now I am being bombarded with insurance calls...GRRRRR

I got a call at 12:06. I didn't hear the ring so didn't pick up. When I called back to find out, I am not able to connect. Glad I looked up on internet.

She sounded like a real, live person. She asked if she had caught me at a bad time. I said, "Yes, I'm at work." She then said that she understood, and she would only take a minute of my time. And without pausing, she said that she could save me 70% on term life insurance. She asked if I had ever been diagnosed with cancer, heart attack, and some other stuff. I said, "Yes." She then said, "I'm sorry you do not qualify. We will remove your name from our call list." And hung up!

Another call again today.  Will is stop.

I just got this call, when I answered, they hung up. I tried to call the number back and I could even get a ring, only silence... They must be stopped!!!

They just did the same to me.

Called my cell phone.  Life Insurance Institute or some such.  Calling from Atlanta.  I told her I was on the DNC list and said she knew I was probably busy.  I hung up on her, then blocked the number.
