It is Credit One. I have no need to run from them...However it would be nice to have someone pick up the other end if you are going to call.

I have a car loan with them, and have been doing everything in my power to try and sell it, and get it the hell out of their hands! I can't stand them. My payments are due on the 1st, they call the 2 days prior, and continue to call several times a day, until it is paid. I called them once and told them I would be getting my check late (over a week before my payment was even due). My check would be 4 days late, but I would pay my payment over the phone. They called everyone I know and asked them to have me call them, cause I wasn't returning thir calls or paying my bills!!! I was like, WHAT!?! Then they called my neighbors, who I have never met! My landlords, my work! Then they called me when I was 3, yes 3!!!! days late, I would be paying it the next day, telling me that they were coming to repo my freaking car!!!! I was like, Oh my god, are you serious! I made arrangements over a week ago, for tomorrow. They said, we never agreed. I say *$#% Credit One!!!!

Just got off the phone with them... and they app do not leave messages on business phones... however the phone they were calling me on was my cell... urg! pay it off and cancel!

Got a call at 8 a.m. on a saturday morning - didn't recognize the number so didn't answer and didn't leave a message!  Called back got no answer - tried again busy!

Constantly calling me up to six times a day. I also do not answer because I do not recognize the number and they do not leave a message

oh, forgot to mentioin, I did call the number back and asked who are they and they told me Credit one.  Does any one know why they don't say anything when they call.  They are annoying and isn't it harrassment when calling someone's job like this.....

They keep calling my office , at least 2 0 3 times daily, but they don't say anything, I actually hear them hang up....why is that?  I do have an account with them.
But there are other people here in the office as well, so it could be for anyone....I still don't understand why they don't say anything or ask for who they are looking for.

What the heck?  I don't even HAVE a credit card, let alone Credit One!  I did a reveral lookup and it's out of Oakland California!  That's a whole continent away!  It's my personal cell phone, how did they get the number?  No one but my immediate family has it.

im cancelling mine asap now. i pay every payment on time yet they call twice a day everyday. it rings once and then they hang up. i try to call back but all i get is a busy signal.

Credit One is the WORST! They charge you for every payment you make over the phone or on the internet. Which then you owe MORE! crazy. They also make relentless calls and will call your work number even after you tell them not to.. If you have one of their cards, I suggest that you cancel it. (which may still cost you if you owe your yearly fee, but it's worth it to cancel and not get harrassed).

who are these people?  They keep calling.  I don't answer unless I know the number and they don't leave a message.  Just this weekend I got over 16 calls from them.  Obviously it's not important 'cause no message is left.

These people call my office literally every single day and ask for one of my co-workers.  It's my job to screen phone calls so each time I ask the lady what the call is regarding and she refuses to tell me, says it's personal, won't even say who she is with.  So each time I have been telling her YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT HIM PERSONALLY THEN, this is a place of business, and she hangs up.  Calls again the next day.  I have stopped answering the phone.  Sucks what some people get paid to do.

I am late with my credit one account; guess that's why they call me.

i don't like them calling my mother for nothing she has been called all the time. she is 81 years old and that is harrasing she is going to have a lawyer if she has to.

If they want a call back, then they should leave a message.

They are ridiculous. They call you and harass you after you have already told them when you will be making a payment.

I'm never late on a payment and I always pay my bill in full. Why would they call me?

I can receive at least 3-6 calls each day, every day, including Sundays from 510-373-3833. Credit One Bank is relentless and harassing!
