This company called me also, if you have time to speak don't be afraid to speak and let them know how you feel. Most call center company has moved to Asia, and let me guess they had been all shut down by people who complains, it only take 20 complainers to shut a company down.  This is one of the reasons why the unemployment in this country is down no more jobs for your unwanted calls.  Keep in mind this people have bills to pay and diaper to purchase they are only doing their job. Just be nice to them help them help you. Besides why should you be afraid on your caller? This is America for crying out loud! The phone is not contagious besides you could be bored with no one to speak or no friend to to tell your stories. Take advantage of who's on the other line speak up unload your problems help America create jobs!

Just got a call from this number....I did use Xoom recently though...I didn't pick up and no voicemail was left...

Interesting! I just used XOOM,but read this & did NOT pick up.
Am also with the DO NOT CALL registry,but get telemarketer call all the time!!! Infuriating!

I got a call from that number (Fremont, CA). He said he is calling from Xoom and asking me to use his service.

Got a call, no message.  Tired of all these when I am on DNC list for all numbers.

Called 4 times with no break in between.  I did not answer.

I got a call from this number but failed to pick up and the caller did not leave a msg. I googled it and found and many people had the same experience. I registered my phone for a no-call but still get this calls from time to time. Nuissance!!!

I actually took the time to answer, someone was asking me if I wanted to lower my credit card rates. When I said "sure", just to see what the scam was, they proceeded to asked me for my current CC info... I'm not dumb enough to give that out.

i got a call from this number a few minutes ago, looking for me. he said he was from germany (duh! with a CA area code) he sounded like an old friend of mine that likes to pull pranks so i kept insisting that it was him. i was speaking in my native language so the person hung up! lol that was funny.

Just got a call as a collect call from a guy named "Nathan" who I dont know.  I hung up, then a few seconds later I got a text from 206-552-9739 with the content: "You've got a new voicemail from (510) 493-2234"
