This is a telemarketing company that contacts prospective newspaper customers in an effort to sign them up for some promo or other. Got a call regarding the SF Chronicle. Caller hung up on me as I was asking that my number be removed.

Called me yesterday morning on my cell. Didn't know who it was. Oddly enough, S.F. Chronicle harassed my office for about a month this summer. Phones were ringing everywhere... death to print.

called me today, no answer when i picked up the phone. i can hear some sort of background noise and sounded like the phone is connected but the people from the other side of the line kept silent. In 15 second line was dropped

Bastids. Calling my cell number numerous times, trying to sell San Francisco Chronicle. If that is a real address, It's not far from me at all. Maybe a personal visit will help. This sort of harrasment is illegal.

yea i just got a call @ 5:32p.m.(7/8/08). They were promoting the el paso times. from the phone detection i got this: Num(510) 505-1703 City: Fremont State: CA, you can look it up! Others have posted other things. BUt i did find this helpful website:
