Received a call from this number, and they said they were with American Legal Services and the caller identified himself as William Scott (thick accent). Said there were cases against my SS# and to call them back.

I received a phone call from 510-509-7626 and he said his name was James Anderson (he had a accent) left the message on voice mail that he was from the IRS Verification Department and that I needed to call him because they owed me an additional refund of $1,173 but need to verify my credentials!
