They threatened to sue me and he got $1200.00 from me now I find out it was a scam. He said I owed a loan so I paid it thinking it was legit since I did have a loan, Now I'm haveing a warrant for my arrest because I don't have the money to pay for the actual loan. Please let us know if you find out who this is.

this company calls me stating i owe them 300.00 that was deposited into my acct. he can barely speak english and telling me im going to be brought up on fraud charges if i dont give him my cc#. i have never had 300.00 deposited into my acct or signed or spoke with anyone this is a horrible and scary scam this man will hollar at you!!!
