I also get a couple of calls a day from this number. I'ts been going on for weeks. Sometimes I hear street noise in the background, most of the time I don't hear anything

I am also getting calls daily from this number and they don't leave voicemail.  I made the mistake of answering once and it was an indian guy that I couldn't understand.

They called me up today and no one was there.  When I called the number back I got a message saying that the company is photon info tech an internet marketing company.

Same as above. Noise in background, male indian speaker, heavy breathing. What is the point dude? Who has time to bother so many people? Very weird.

These guys are a web marketing firm from India with a USA phone number. They have been trying to sell me SEO and website services for years. They are harmless but can be pesky.

I have been getting calls from these a-holes for weeks now and its very frustrating since my phone won't allow me to block the number. Thank you to all those who posted and told me who they are! Seriously someone needs to stop them!

Same thing from them. Sometimes background noise, othertimes breathing, and still others nothing. Very irritating. Have tried calling them back but all I get is a stupid voicemail system that doesn't really work.
