I received a call from this and it was an automated number to lower my interest rate.  I stayed on the line and hit 9 per the request.  When he started his spiel about lowering my interest rate, I asked what company he was calling from...he said Visa/MasterCard.  I then asked again, what company, and he just started spouting off all the known credit card companies.  I told him thank you and that I would call my company directly, he started talking over me and saying no, we do that here, we'll take care of it.  I explained that I've always been told to never talk to someone about my credit card information unless I contacted them directly.  He started yelling at me to keep me from calling my company so I just hung up on him.  

These are scams! Stop saying "I'm on the Do Not Call Registry." Scammers don't care if you are on the do not call list and they wouldn't even know if you were.

Just got a call from this number and they called me a " mother fucke and a c*** sucker" obviously a SCAMMER ..  IS THERE A WAY I COULD TURN THEM IN????

The do not call registry does not mean anything anymore. I get calls like this all the time.

Got a call from this # and no one wandered. Then when I tried to call it back operator said the # was invalid!  

I just got a call from this number too.  I never answer any number I don't recognize.  If it's important, they will leave a message.  There are too many scams out there that can access your account if you answer.  Best bet is to never answer when you don't know who is calling.

Received call from 512-000-0001 (as shown on caller id). No one answered when I answered. Same number called again 5 minutes later - did not leave message.

Got call, number is of interesting

Second time number on  my cell, didn't answer as I did not know the number- thought it was a telemarketer- said call was from Texas on my phone's screen

Just got a call on my mobile from this no.  No message was left.  I was not able to connect when call was returned from a land line.

Get a call on my cell from this number about once a day - hangs up if I answer, no message left if I don't answer.  Call back from land line yields "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed".

This number called  as has times before - did not answer - no message

I just received a call from this number as well - what the heck - they didn't leave a message - but it drives me crazy that they get numbers that aren't listed

This is exact same thing happened to me too. I don't have a credit card either (I wouldn't have given them my information anyway), but when I said that I didn't have one, he hung up on me. So annoying; I wish it was easier to prosecute these clowns.

Just got a call from this number 512-000-0001 and didn't answer.    Checked on here and see it is telemarketing.  Even though i'm on the do not call list, still have to deal with these people! So, I have a Contact entry for phone numbers i don't want to answer called "Do Not Answer" then set the ringtone to silent.  Every time i get a call like this, i add the number to that contact entry.

I now place this number and a dozen others just like it into the fictitious name of "A$$h0!e" on my phone.

They called but I didn't answer and no message was left. The call came from  Texas.

I just got a call from this number.
I was not by my phone so missed it.
When I tried to call back on a secured line the number would not go through.

Called me today, did not like the number, ignored it.

I missed a call from the number, but was afraid to call it back.  After reading your reports, I'm glad I didn't.  I'm on the Do Not Call registry too....or I thought I was!  :/

The do not call list was a NSA scam to get people to give govt your phone number.. That's why the do not call list doesn't work.. Think about it.!

I only wish all they did was hang up! When I pushed "9"  to talk to live operator to tell them I doubt even have a credit card nor have never had one he said:
"how big are your boobs?"
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me. How big are your boobs? Is your p**sy tight?"
"....umm...I thought this was about a credit card...that I don't have...."
"No is your p**sy big or little? Is it tight? What about your a$$?"
"Your discusting!"
And hung up.

Received call from number and they hung up as soon as I answered.  I am on the do not call list as well.

Just got a call from this number and the guy said he'd blow me if I got one of their credit cards. Well, I took him up on his offer and I must say, the guy gives an amazing b*** j**. Swallows too.

I answered the call and got a notice that I could lower my interest rate on my card,  but the offer was about to expire.   Well,  I don't have a credit card so i answered to see what was going on.   The man who answered said that since i had been making all payments on time,  to a card u don't have,  my interest rate could be reduced.  I then asked him what type of card it was and he listed it was either a discover, visa,  or MasterCard,  very general.   I then asked him what name it was under since I don't have a credit card, after which he hung up. I called the number back,  got a message that the number was restricted and to ask customer service for more help,  but gave no number for said customer service.

I just got a call from this number. I was expecting a call and almost answered. A couple of days ago on my local news they said that these types of numbers were used as scams to charge 20 dollars on your bill.So if you've answered these calls please check your next bill statement.
