I recieved a call today and he tene Smith said that I had an hour to come up with half of the money or they were going to file charges against me. He also said that Missouri would pay their clients 3 times the amount of the debt. They almost had me in tears. The number is 512-400-2637

oh yea he said it was for a company called CNG ENTERPRISE.

I just got the same call first it was a woman than a man named Mark Prichard from Atlas Legal Processing saying the same thing but if I payed $823.20 I could resolve it today. I said no and he told me well good luck you'll b in jail by tomorrow morning.I just hung up.

Just received a call from a man, he was very rude..left a message saying that I had not responded to a mail notification I received 10 days ago, he was calling me in regards to a civil law suit...we went on to wishing me luck!!! Seriously!!!

I got a call from a man, he called my home number, my cell number, my work number, and my sister's number.  He said something similar to her about they wanted to serve me and needed to know where to served me.  They also said that I was rude because I was trying to find out who it was calling me and what did they want.  I tried calling back but they kept  hanging up the phone. I think his name was Joseph.

They call and said I had to pay them money for a check I had written three years ago and had bounced . If I didn't pay I could go to jail . All a bunch of BS be careful with them

Same thing happened to my son. When he asked where to pay, he was told the place had a no contact order against him, so he couldn't go there. Oh and that they were watching him.

They called me, my grandmother and my ex-mother-in-law looking for my mom. How they got these numbers is beyond me. My mom and dad divorced in 1985, and my dad died in 2001. My grandmother doesn't like my mom, let alone talk to her. I am going through a divorce and am hated by my inlaws for accepting a kidney from my ex.
The fact that they are calling people that my mother is not associated with, by any stretch of the imagination, is very scary. When I spoke to Melody AIms, she told me that they get the numbers from some state emergency registry, but neither ladies, know my mom well enough to be her emergency contacts.
Ms Aims has removed their numbers but says that she has several more numbers for my mom. Creepy

I just got a call they threatened to have me thrown in jail for 90 days. I spoke to a woman first then got transferred to a man. I asked him to let me get a pen and paper to write Information down. He began to yell at me and call me a scum bag and yelling at me. I was never rude or disrespectful.  Then he hung up on me. What was crazy was they had my correct name but all my other pedigree information was wrong.

Same thing happened to me today. Melody Aims says that I have a felony warrant for check fraud. I went to the local police station and gave them the number. I was told by numerous people its a scam. Hopefully nothing comes out of this.

This happened to me today as well.  The caller was Melody Aims and she said that I was going to have a felony warrant issued at the end of the day.  Sounds pretty crazy.  What resolved with what happened with you?

It is a scam. Don't fret about this. Ignore it, and carry on with your life. These parasites are below contempt.

I received the same phone call and actually was crying because of it but I believe it was a scam don't pay it because really they have to take u to court before they can charge u with a felony

They are calling saying i am going to have a felony warrant for a loan i didn't pay. ( I had a loan a long time ago which was paid) They said i sent a bad check. So even though I thought it was paid it wasn't. If i don't pay by 5 i will have a felony warrant.  Her name was Melody Harris.
