Called twice yesterday, didn't leave a message either time.  Reverse lookup said it's an unlisted land line.  I don't know anyone in Rockdale....

Heres what I could find on the 601-501-4150 number.
The report says it is land line. But they are using a cell number.
They are based out of Mississippi. But they are using a phone exchange #, JCSMMSHADS2
That is what is making their calls from Vicksburg MS. It's like using a cell phone for a modem tethered to computer. But they are using Level 3 Comunications LLC to do so. That is like using your cable broad band or DSL phone service to forward your calls from another state and area. That is why they have to use a phone exchange number listed above.
Now if I can find out this much with out paying for anything, you would think "IF" our government really gave a rats a##, they could stop puke's like these from tormenting the rest of us..
Land line info I can get for free, but when they use a cell number to do this you have to pay for it, cell phone numbers are not public information, so there for costs you to get the rest of the info..
Good luck all.  They need to add scams to the list of call types.

I just don't answer. Put voice mail on vacation, and just hit the end button.
I go to bed, so does my phone. lsot (Laughs on them)
Just before I filed this out, there is an add on this page, sometimes on the top, sometimes the bottom of this page.

Fraud Call - offer to send $200 and started asking all sorts of questions.
If it was truly a Cc: co that wanted to send me a free $200, then they have my address.
Doesn't happen.

The company's name is Premier Contributions.  They are offering free trial packages for different services, like Identity Ease ($24.95/month) and First Choice Magazine Club ($14.95/month).  For $6.95 each, they'll send you the information and start your free two-week trial.  With that free trial, you also get a $200 rebate voucher to be used for stores like Walmart, Best Buy, Lowe's, etc.  Not exactly sure how it works.  I didn't find anything online to make me think they were going to scam me, so I gave them permission to send me information on Identity Ease and United Benefits (name-brand discounts).  I'm hoping the $200 rebate voucher makes up for the $13 they charge me for trying out the products, and, of course, I'll be watching my credit card carefully over the next few weeks.  By the way, I did not have to provide them with any personal information; they already had it.

If you're in America and still paying for long distance, you seriously need to change your carrier.  There's no need to pay for long distance.  Check it out!  Save some money!

They called me too, both numbers are on this same list. I got a call from them last year and the guy asked me if i was who i was and that my credit card ended in the last 4 numbers as he said, i was panicking!!!  He said I qualified for some gas card and I said not only did I not want a gas card but I wanted
to know who he was and what company, he would not tell me, he said he was affiliated with my visa card, I told him this is my bank debit visa and my bank would not have someone randomly call me about something like this, in fact my bank is only in the state that i live in and not in mass where the calls come from. I asked him to not call me again, but now they called 2 times today and left no messages. I am so aggravated with this crap. This is harassment and should be illegal.

Premium Contributions: These "scam artists" have more phone numbers than "Carter" has liver pills (you may be too young to remember the "Carter Liver Pills" ads!).

They have called me from: 508-717-3215, 512-430-4404, 601-501-4105 and 603-369-4505.  Maybe others that I haven't taken the time nor effort to trace!

I called back, as all calls to me were handled by my answering machine.  I said my order hadn't arrived and some other bull-s**t so as to get him to talk.  He did!  A man named "Tony" explained that they have 3 plans.
  Identity Protection-----$6.95 for info----call 800-480-6930 to cancel.
  Magazine Club----------$6.95 for info----call 800-761-6618 to cancel.
  Money Saving
for Name Brands------$5.95 for info----call 800-498-5702 to cancel.

Told him to mail info and bill me, BUT, didn't give him any credit card info or anything else for payment purposes.  He didn't ask.  He had my address, so will see what happens next!!  I'm checking my credit card charges twice daily to see if any charges show up!!

This number just called us and said we had positive feedback on our credit card.  The last 4 digits they gave us was for our check card.  I declined and said not interested in anything. And they better not sent me anything.  They wanted to send us a $200 rebate card for walmart I don't think so.  Just finally hung us and did not give them any information.

Received this call yesterday on my cell phone stating that they wanted to award me $200 for paying my bill on time and referenced the last 4 digits of my credit card.  Once I told the gal that she could alway send me money but that I was not going to agree to anything or purchase anything she hung up on me.

I returned the call and it is Visa benefits dept. offering a $200 gas certificate and $25,000 worth of identity theft protection, etc. for a charge of $6 ish to your visa card.  I passed on the offer then they said the gov't wanted them to ask if i want to receive a call regarding furthering my education.  I also declined.  So basically it is a sales call.  Weird they don't leave a voice mail.  It creeped me out too!

Got a call saying that I was such a good visa customer that they were going to give me a $250 gas certificate.  I asked them what visa number they were referring to and they said the one ending in xx81.  I had canceled that visa card 3 years ago so I told her so and she hung up.

I've received multiple calls from these people.

Years ago, I used to work for a 3rd party timeshare dealer - just to give yall a heads up...

Requesting to be put on the National Do Not call list is not permanent at all. If you purchase a car, a new home, a boat, or give your number when buying a large tv from a department store, you are then taken off the list and are up for grabs.

So remember: Relist your number every couple of months. A hassle but well worth it

Just received this called, and unusual for me, I answered it.  My brother lives in Texas, and the area code was familar.

They claim to be a benefits center for VISA.  She told me that my account ending in xx06 was in good standing, and I was eligible for a $200 Walmart rebate.  They were going to charge my account a 1 time $6 fee to be enrolled in $25,000 worth of identity theft protection.  While she was blabbering away, I checked all of my credit cards, and none of them ended in the number she was referring too.  She then tried to get my email address to send me more information or something, and I said No Thank you, I'm fine.  She then tried to sell the identity theft more, and I said I already had Identity theft protection.  She thanked me for my time and hung up.

Knowing that area code 512 originated from Austin TX region, I answered the call.  Since I received no response after communicating a greeting over the handset, I could hear the call either being terminated, or interfacing with a switchbox.  Then I knew it was an "unwanted-call", and hung up.

Up to this event our unwanted telemarketing calls have been very few.

After this event with (512)430-4404 we have been bombarded with unwanted 866, 877,888, & 847 area code numbers.  We are averaging 10 calls a day from these numbers.

If these calls are from bonafide credit card companies, why don't they send us information thru the mail?
