Who is using this number?

These idiots keep calling me at work and on my cell phone about them filing a lawsuit against me but they won't tell me what it's for.  They are calling from Andrew and Assoc., Morgan and Assoc. and whatever other names they want to make up.  They are all Indian and very threatening.  It's a scam.  I am ignoring the calls and I contacted the FBI about them.  These jerks need to be stopped!!

I got a call from this number this morning saying that I took out a payday laon in Feb 2010 for 250 bucks under my name and social security number.  I never take pay day loans. This india guy John Wayne was very treating and how the have a criminal case against me and they are going to take me to court and I should come to court and proof myself.

i just got a call frm this locaton stating that i took a payday loan and 516-522-0948 is nt even listed with the phone company...who can i call...?

I want to report these people. They call me up on my cell phone and at work and left me a message they are going to suit me if I do not respond to them by the next day at 11am. I called them back. They refuse to tell me what for than said that I was defrauding a place called easy cash advance that I have never heard of. They demanded to speak with my manager. They hang up on me and than just say we won't call you anymore. I asked to speak to a manager and some guy got on the phone and said he was an attorney and still refused to tell me what this was about. I told him I was going to report him and he just said, we won't bother you any more over and over and I hung up.

YES IT IS A SCAM..BUNCH OF INDIANS.... SOME LIVE IN CALI NEW YORK AND PAKISTAN

THEY SPOOK THE CALLER ID AND CALL FROM NUMEROUS NUMBERS, NONE IN THE STATE THE CALLER ID SHOWS UP AS

THEY THREATEN AND INTIMIDATE YOU REGARDING A POSSIBLE PAY DAY LOAN YOU OBTAINED.... THEY HAVE SOME LIST AND CALL YOU AT WORK AND AT HOME....

DO NOTTTTTT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A PENNY

TELL THEM YOU ARE REPORTING THEM TO THE FBI, ATTORNEY GENRAL AND POLICE AND HOMELAND SECURITY

I LAST ONE I SPOKE TO I STARTED JOKING AROUND WITH.... HE TOLD ME IF I REMMBER 9-11..... AND TOLD ME TO LOOK OUTSIDE MY WINDOW...

I had gotten numerous call from them from other numbers as well. I told them if they were really from an attornys office to press charges that they would know the initial call they make is illegal when taking someone to court. Every lawsuit must me engaged by letter notices and paperwork. I said this to the indian and he stated that was not true, then i asked him for his real name and address so i can send him a notice that i was pressing charges for harrasment and he hung up. Then reported it to the FBI.

these people are relentless and a huge joke... they will stop at nothing to terroized you... but do not let them. IT'S A HUGE SCAM... I TOLD THE GUY TO NOT CALL BACK AND HE SAID HE WOULD OVER AND OVER AND I... AND I SAID THAT I WOULD MAKE HIS LIFE A LIVING HELL IF HE DOES...

I EVEN TOLD HIM TO PICK UP A GUN AND SHOOT HIMSELF IN THE FACE AND THAT WOULD MAKE ME VERY HAPPY...

all in all there just a bunch of scam artist and i will not change my number for them.

This fool who calls himself Johnny Burnett called my job on Monday but I wasn't available. Then he  called today and told my co-worker they were filing a law suit against me from some payday loan that I supposedly took out in November of 2009. I called the number back and asked to speak to this person but the person who answered said he wasn't available but that his own name was John Marshall and he can help me.  I asked what company is stating I owe him and he couldn't tell me the particular name of it, said he was going to go forward with the suit and hung up on me. After he hung up I called him back to speak to his supervisor and in his jacked-up broken indian english told me he owns the law firm Morgan and Associates and that I could only talk to him.  I told the fool that no reputable law firm "owner" would be making the collecting calls himself - he hung up on me again. I called back again and screamed "SCAMMER" and he hung up the phone. I'm sure there is a way to get this fool. Someone please jump in...

pay day loan I have in collections???.  called my cell and my home phone.  said if i don't respond then god help me.  3 indian men.  very disgusting and terrorist like.  left unsettling feeling about my personal information.  they seem to know the name of my bank as well..

These business is going in india in many states. They are collecting funds from the U.S. people and force them to make a payment. They do hve a script as below................

They give three false allegations . They do hve to information of the people of US with SSN,ADDRESS,BANK name and ACC, PHN NO, WORK NO, AND REFERENCE NUMBER. I kindly request you all to stop paying the payments cause u hve no loans pending and they are earning in rupees...................................................................... Indian is great and one of the best country but there are some people who are doing this to earn a lots of money and the US payday loan sites should stop giving "LEADS" (they are giving personal informations of the people in india who are applying for the loan in united states so in india it is easy to earn money sitting and dialing and collecting money from U.S. people) to india.
