"Officer Peter from BCI" called me on my work phone and knew the last four digits of my SSN - I returned his call and he merely answered "Hello?" - informed him that he was being recorded and that I was calling from a major daily newspaper and he just laughed.  I asked him if he was actually in the continental United States and that I would like to speak to someone of American heritage (horrible of me I realize) - he asked me who he was speaking with and I told him to look me up off his caller ID...he made a Barack Obama joke.  I continued to call him up and asked him if he liked being harassed then I hung up on him.

Same name called me as well, about two weeks ago, and had my info as well, SSN, DOB, checking account info.  After speaking to the company I thought he was collecting for, turns out, they get complaint calls from these creeps all the time.  The company had called 'BCI' back, and 'officer hunt' has laughed in their face and proclaimed they will 'never find us'.  Just sayin.

The same name and number just called ny work number ans stated that he was going to come to my job and arrest me in front of everyone and have me terminated..I offered to settle and I told him i could pay him $20 and got upset and threaten to take me to court and then i would have to face the music! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.. HE ALSO HAD MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, DATE OF BIRTH AND MY BANKING INFO

these people have been calling my phone back to back ALL day!!! They say i took out o loan from Cash Advance USA and did not repay it. I have never taken out a loan and they are unable to give me a local number/person to resolve this issue with. They threaten me with jail and say they will be serving me at my home address. Thsi is absurd. I will be filing complaints with whomever I can as well as teaking steps to sue these peole for harassing me and threatening me

called me today at work - said officer david hunt with the general attys office - had affidavit he wanted to fax to my work number. would not give to him. Then he called back and spoke with my boss and wanted her to verify my ss#. Said i was involved in fraud and that i had involved her and all my co-workers and that i should be fired immediately. he advised my boss that they had an affidavit with my signature that they wanted to fax in - she gave them fax number and when they never faxed it in she called them back to see if they would be faxing and they stated that if i did not call them that they would fax. I called my atty and they advised that this is fraud and not to give them any money. atty advised me to call them back and state that they can call me all they want but they will never receive a dime from me. when i called them back and advised them of this and stated that they need to stop wasting their money and stop calling me - david hunt stated that will never happen and hung up on me. Something needs to be done to stop this......and now. there has to be something we can do to stop them. and i am sure that his real name is NOT DAVID HUNT
