I got a call from this number and they called eight times in six hour period. First seven I let go to my voice mail and they left no message. The eight time I answered and they said please hold for an important matter. When someone finally picked up a guy came on the phone he said that he needed me to verify my name, number, address and last four of social. When I refused he said well if you give me you checking account number I can verify that away. I gladly hung up on him. Really! I couldn't believe he would even ask for that type of information.

Got a call and held for a live "representative." Said he had "an important matter" for me in his office and needed to confirm he was speaking to the right person and asked for the last four of my SS number. I asked what it was in reference to and he said he had to confirm he was speaking to the right person before giving out any details. I told him I wasn't comfortable giving out my social and he said, "I'm not asking for your social security number but I need ..." I cut him off by saying, "Goodbye then." and hung up. How stupid does he think I am? I got married 2 years ago and he asked for my old name. He had my name and phone number and expected me to give him the last four of my social?? I don't think so.

Got a call today and no message left.
