i need to know who this caller is

this number called me at 7am on a Monday. Have no clue as to who made the call because as soon as I answered, the call was lost. called it right back and there was no pick up, no voicemail, no nothing.

I received a call from this number on my cell at 7 pm today (Friday).  I called back thirty minutes later several times, but the phone just kept ringing.  Weird.....

My caller said she was Cynthia with City of Austin Utilities.

She could only call me back to get the info she wanted
And when itried calling, no answer.

i receved this call today at 4:25 and they stated they were with austin utilitly as well and asked me for my ssn.....using resources known to me i traced the number back to At&T-Southwestern Bell Landline phone...but it is defin not city of austin utility

i also received a call from this number. when i called back it said it was city of austin but not current working number......i got service with austinelectric today which has nothing to do with the city and i think someone is intercepting calls and trying to get SSN for fraud....
