I am receiving calls from Makcreary law firm by  fax machine every day. After read messages posted I fell it could be a wrong number. How to avid it?

Phone call several times from the number 512-590-5455.  They would issue a state wide warrant for a ticket that was issued in 2005.  Never been in the state and not in the state of Texas during 2005.  Every 30-90 days they call.  Today they said $50 had been paid and the balance was $55.00.  Isn't there something that can be done for people who make these bogus threats?

I received a phone call today from this number and I didn't answer it. I let it go to v-mail. I listen to v-mail and the message and the Lady said her name and the company's name so fast I had to replay the message 5 times her name was Mercedes calling with The McCurry Law Firm or McCreary Law Firm with a important legal matter and said to call 1-866-955-5455 ext 109. I end up calling the number and a recording came on  and this # is to attemp to collect a debt. They maybe legit but I am not going to be able to siton the phone while i am at work and make any promises on paying a Hospital bill. Hospitals are Suppose to Help People.....

I got a call from 512 590-8544 and asked that they be called back. They referenced me by the name of the former owner of my house 3 years ago. I did not call back.  They  said to call toll free 1-866-955-5455

After reading previous posts, I didnt call back.

I received a call with the EXACT same message today and don't have any debt to be collected on and have no idea how they would've gotten my number.

never give bill collocters an inch.pay them nothing.this debt is bought for a few cents on the dollor then they add all kinds of BS charges.to hell with them.

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY THAT IS WHO COLLECTS FOR A.C.C. TUTION THAT'S PAST DUE. :)

I got a call from 5125908544 saying that Kelsey from McCurry Law Firm or McCreary Law Firm was calling about "an important legal matter" and said to call toll free 1-866-955-5455 ext105 or something like that it was a very fast message, but since they did not address me by name in the message, I did not think they were legitimate, and so I found a similar post on your site:
