These none english speaking baster call me on this number 911 yes it showed up as 911. I didn't get the message until later. They told me if i did not call this number 512-646-0013 they will arrest me at my home and at my job. The people names were Randy Smith and Danny Marchell.

They have called me once said it was the attorney general and I had warrents on me then they dtarted talking to me very nasty and cussing at me.then the contacted my job told them da where da police so my job called me.It is such a bad scam and da police in texas needs to be awar of this.Its a scam

Received message from unknown number on my phone asking me to call this number before I was arrested. Called this number and couldn't understand a word the guy was saying other than they were coming after me for a payday loan (which I've never had one). The only thing that's disturbing is that they have my social security #.

I received the same call but i dont think is even real they just trying to take our money

My work got a call from 5126460013 saying that they were a fedral crime Department that I had a complaint on my name and social security number.  I googled the number and got a bunch of scammer info on this number...

Forgot to add, any collector is LEGALLY required to send you proof of the debt if you request it. It's a federal law.  Based on that fact alone, I'd say they were scammers.

No worries Samantha.  Common debt scammers and shady penny debt collection companies pull this BS all the time. Just ignore the call or if they answer, tell them to send law enforcement and you'll be happy to speak with them.  No one will come to get you.

If you have an upcoming debt trial, they'll send you info. If a creditor is going to persue legal means in court, they will serve you with papers but will never take you to jail. Even if a judgement is granted against you, its usually just to secure the debt so you can't write it off in bankruptcy.  The "calling from law enforcement" or "we're sending law enforcement" is the latest scare tactic for both BS + legit but shady collectors. Get some sleep. They have nothing.

Lastly, if you're worried, get the contact info and superior's info for the law enforcement agency they are supposedly representing from them. Tell them you're going to call them and verify the legal action before speaking with them further.  Take whatever info they give you and Google it. (They probably won't give you anything.)  Verify the agency info in Google and then call the direct line and ask the operator of it's legit. You can always call your local police/sherrif's dept, etc, and verify with them as well. Odds are good they will tell you it's a scam.  

If it really was a Fed agency after you, they'd have already been at your doorstep, or at the least, have sent you certified court docs. They don't call for this type of thing.

THEY CALL MY JOB AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE GOING TO FAX PAPER WORK SO THAT I WOULD GET FIRED FROM MY JOB AND,WHEN THEY FIRST CALL MY JOB A COWRKER ANSWER AND THEY TOLD HER EVERYTHING ABOUT THE REASON WHY THEY WERE LOOKING FOR ME THESE PEOPLE ARE UP TO NO GOOD!!!!
