I received the same voicemail the last 3 times already and it is annoying as hell, as this time they called one of my best friends and said the same thing. I called them after their first voicemail and left my attorney's number. I don't like being threatened so i left a number for them to call which i'm waiting to hear from my lawyer. he still kept calling me!

I just reccieved a call from this same guy and said I have a lawsuit pending. He said he is gooing to send an investigative officer to my house. Its probably a scam cuz ive never recieved anything stating im being sued!!!

He said his name was Richard,from the legal department,filing a claim  against me under my social security number,also mention that I was afraid to call and to have a attorney to represent me against criminal charges that was filed,said he would send a email. I did not call back I know its a scam,I didn't get any legal paper work in the mail.

Just had a conversation with "Mike Robinson" from FastCase USA for US Cash Advance.  Said I owed him money from payday loan a while back - I have never had a payday loan.  512-651-3633 heads up for these guys.

I have been receiving the same for about a week now. I spoke to the gentleman and he told me they were going to come to my job and arrest my boss and I. I am very disturbed because I know that the statement about me committing fraud is a lie. How can we stop this nonsense from continuing.

Wow, got the same call as the ones here, but the guy says his name is David Brown. Said that I needed "my friend" to call him back immediately as he is being charged with fraud. He never did say who my friend was.

I've been receiving calls from this number also since about 8/26/11 from a Ronald Williams with an Indian accent.  But, the thing is, the person that he's been asking for isn't me.  He's looking for someone named Deena, and that isn't me.  Please, do yourselves a favor, and DON'T CALL THEM BACK!!!!!  This is a total scam.  Please report them to the FCC and your state Attorney General's office as they are violating the Fair Trade and Collection Act.  They are REQUIRED BY LAW to send you all the information regarding their "lawsuit" against you within 30 days of the phone call.  If they don't, they have just committed fraud and they are just trying to get money out of you that you don't even owe.  Be safe and good luck out there.

Oh, and by the way, the police won't help you.  I spoke to a detective from the town I work in as I've been getting calls from various "collectors" at work, and this goes back about a year now.  All the dectective did was call the number that I provided for him and he believed the scammer over me, so don't even bother with them.  I think these scammers are getting their information from Teletrax, which is something like Experion, but I believe they are selling the scammers the information.  Who knows, if the scammers do get any money from anyone they might even be sharing it with the people from Teletrax.  Just be safe and informed, okay?  Good luck out there.

Same thing just happened to me.  Could not understand the man, had a very heavy Indian accent.  Asked to send me something in writing and he would not.  Not sure what company he said he represented but it sounded like a payday loan scam.

Mr. Richard  tells me if I don't return his call he is going to put my social security number in the national paper. I can't understand anymore of the message.

This is the second time this has happened to me..different number same name, Steve Young. Heavy Indian accent with a pay day loan company. They stated if I did not have my attorney call. Since this is the second time I told them to please send the police to come get me, since that was what they told me last time. I also told them to please send me all the legal paper work that they claimed they had too. also told him that I knew they were a "scam" and shame on them. "Steve" said he would send the paper work and quickly hung up...I won't hold my breath...since I have never taken a pay day loan. I still want to know how they got my information though- so my suggestion to others is  put a fraud alert on your credit so that you can be alerted of any activity

Same as the others I received some threatening voicemails from a man with a very heavy Indian accent who said his name was Alex Martin ( lol yea right) the message said my attorney had better call him quickly "or else all he can do is wish me luck" this isn't the first time I've heard this BS, about a month ago I got the same calls from a different number tho, all that came out on caller Id was 0000. Back then I received the exact same message but foolishly called back to see what was going on. They lie and try to tell you that you are being charged with fraud and need to pay them off or else go to court and be fined thousands of dollars. The man even told me if I hung up he would send police to my house to arrest me, which if ridiculous and of course never happened even after I told him im gonna go kill a cow for fun and make cow curry. This fellow said his name was Charles Bronson ( lmao yea and im Brad Pitt ) the calls eventually stopped after I played country music every time they called. Now, however, they seem to have started up again with new alias' and a new number.

So 512-651-3633 called my phone and my husbands phone today 8/17/11 and yesterday.

Richard Ford is what he called him self on my voice mail.

He has a heavy Indian accent but seems like they are useing a voice changer as well and makes it very hard to understand.

He told my husband something about fraud on his voicemail we are not answering the calls I put it on a block list.

The same thing happened to me yesterday and today . They are calling me and my husband 8/16/11 and /17/11.

This has something to do with Pay Day Loans thats how they get your number.

I received a call from this number (512)651-3633.  The man calling had a thick Indian-sounding accent and was hard to understand, but stated in the message that I or my attorney need to call immediately.  He said he was with National Affidavit Company.  I did not return the call, but then my boyfriend received a message from the same man stating that I have been charged with fraud and that he was listed as a reference and needs to tell me to call.  The message I received was extremely threatening stating that if I don't call back, he "wishes me good luck with the events that will unfold on me".  I know that I have not been charged with fraud.  I have also not received anything official in the mail so I'm sure this is a scam, but I would love to know how they got my information and how to stop the calls.
