Called 1/27/2009 at 10:30 am.  I didn't recognize the number, so I didn't answer.  They left no message.

Just did a reverse look up.  It's an unpublished land line phone based in Brodnax, VA.

They just called again. 4:15pm.  I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

This is a collection agency I.C. Systems.  I know I owe the debt and will pay when I hopefully get a job.  They call from many different phone numbers and now they appear to be also spoofing caller id text.  They call multiple times a day even though they know I do not have the cash to pay with no job.

Called me twice Saturday, left no message.

Yes they are called junk debts DO NOT pay these people especially if you are already working it out with the original debtor. Also, depending on the state you live in there is staute of limitations to collect on these types of debts and you end up paying TWICE the amount of the orignail debt.. These collection agenies are no better than telemarkerters I know I used to be both, they are pressured into acting that way, they have quotas to meet NO EXCUSE TO ACT LIKE A***S.. and I am not taking their side they call me too I enjoy giving them HELL, they read from scripts. Hang in there everyone!!!

I have the same problem I lost my job and my apartment cannot pay. Force to live in shelter. Collectors are calling me. I will pay when I will have a job. Those people does not care. This is very sad and shock that those people are heartfelt.

You can do that?? This same company (Which is IC Systems),  has called us with FIVE different phone numbers harassing us. Its a collection company but there has got to be SOMETHING illegal about harassing people multiple times per day and with multiple phone numbers. We can barely pay the bills we already have, let alone another. If we could have paid it, we would have paid it when we were still dealing with the company we had the debt with!

We may try turning them in to OUR local Sheriff too if it continues.

I know. This is like the 5th number from this SAME company to call me! Every time I block one of their numbers, they call back like a week later with a different number! How many friggin #s does this blasted company have anyway?!? They won't get anywhere or get ANYONE to pay them by hounding people. Paying them doesn't do any good anyway...it does NOT erase the original debt that the collection company is trying to collect on. Even if you pay these people, the original debt is STILL there. These people are vulchers that are just praying on people's fears. Don't give into them people!

We have been receiving phone calls also from this number 434-878-9964, I tunred it into our Sherriffs Dept and contacted the caller to remove our number from their call list.

The caller apparently is trying to collect from a Harold Hatcher.  For 3 years now, I have advised the caller that my phone number has been mine and I have never Known the person they ask for and they reply that they will remove my number from their system. That don't happen. Their calls are very unwelcome and they try to act innocent, they lie, they are calling at meal time they intensfy their annoying calls after they have been properly advised and or after they have been dressed down.

Yes, this is a collection agency: IC Systems. Medical billing/collections. They will use multiple area codes and phone numbers. They will also use text messaging. The last message asked me to please call- and they gave a phone number with my area code. The message was from #129.   I suggest that if you don't know the number, don't take the call.

Sorry you're going through that.  Nothing is worse than getting those types of calls that only remind you how well you are NOT doing in life these days.   Hang in there and try to remember, those guys and gals calling you are just doing their jobs too - trying to earn their paychecks.  IF you know you can't pay , simply don't answer.. It's not going to hurt their feelings and it's not going to hurt yours.  Stress will hurt you though.. It always does.  Take Care.

isn't it illegal to use a bogus name like warrty reward, there are misleading, then when they get you one the phone they ask you to verify information, i know my rights, don't verify nothing, they have it so why do they need it again, I told them if you have my information then send me something in writing to show me this debt, they say they don't have to, oh yes they do, budd hibbs is going to love this one

They called me just a little while ago... though, i would love to pay... both my husband and son have lost numerous jobs over the last few months.
When, the call has come in over the last few days... we were like.... oh, its a solicitor. So, we never answered. However the calls have been frequent! So, much that i got mad and finally answered. The girl on the other end said... is this....(me)... I cited, who is calling... she asked if this was my correct address.... I said yes and she immediately and i mean immediately, transferred the call to a collection agency.
I didn't have time to take a breath it happened so fast!
The woman was very nice but, she apparently didn't want to hear.... we are having our electric shut off very soon... and, and , and, .... she just wanted a payment.
She said she would make a note of everything and hope that we could make some sort of payment soon.
This is an extremely sneaky way to talk to people regardless of the reason.
Is this legal?

they called I answered and they askedbig I knew a certain person and I said no and they told me this call could be recorded at anytime and asked me again if I knew who the person was and I said no...weird.

Called at 8:25pm. I did not answer but I have been receiving calls like this from other out of state area codes. Someone needs to stop this!
