GeoTrek is a scam..They leave that notice there in attempt to get you to call back and provide the Confirmation number so they can match it with your house, they get information from you to find out your schedule to see when no one is home to break in. This happened to a few people i know in and near my neighborhood. Dont call. Call police.

got a card on my door- stopped the guy before he left and he said they had tried to deliver a package-when I asked for more info he sped off- I called the number and got a guy named Luke-very condescending and kind of a smart aleck-only would tell me about " trying" to get me $300 in restaurant coupons.  I asked him what he was selling and why there are reports of this being a scam he asked "do I sound like a heathen?" He then told me I was in a bad mood and to call back again

I too received a notice stating I had missed a package. Called the 210-892-0930 number, Angel answered after I entered my confirmation number. He stated I had received $300 for restaurant use for being a new home buyer. I ask them where they were located and I would go pick up my package, he would not give me an address. I gave him my email address... yet no email has been sent. I told him it was all a scam and he got very quite and his tone of voice change right of way. I called back and got another person and I asked him where he was located at and he said he was in Phoenix AZ.  This is all a SCAM...beware. Had a hard time finding any information on Google, until I find this site, thanks for posting.

Also got a card on my front door, they said all they wanted was my email address and they would send me $300 worth of restaurants coupons...he said they were a alarm security system. I foolishly gave them my email address....i knew better.....he wanted to send a security guy tonight or tomorrow to my house and i said i wanted a website to check out their company. I knew something up when he said to "Google" it. I hope nothing more comes of this.

Yea, I am waiting for a package from a lighting co. Yesterday I received this same post card on my door. I thought it was the lighting co. delivering my lamp until I read these postings. If I see these GeoTrek people at my door again, I will release the dogs on them. Thanks for your postings to let me know it is a scam.

FOund a postcard PLACED IN MY MAILBOX, no indication of what it's for, my name is reversed (last is printed first with no comma)  The "s" is left off our street name, and it says "second attempt" and this number and another in San Antonio to call.  And "delivered by GeoTrek".

Received a postcard on my front door for someone who use to live at property address.  Supposedly delivered by GeoTrek, making it look like you missed a package delivery.

Complete SCAM...  Trying to sell home security systems.
