elaborate please!

I received a similar call today. Same name and company.  I think it is a scam. I haad attended something like this before it was not free.

Same happen to me, RUN, do not go there, you well be sorry, like me.

I got a call from Robert Garcia who said he was from Texas and with Suite Life Vacations telling me that I won one of four options with no catch and had to claim it under the Ontario Lottery.  He said because I am a year younger than the qualifying age group he would call me back around my birthday to honour our prize.  A little sketchy because when he called back the second time a different number with an entirely different area code showed up on my phone.  Anyone have any ideas?
