Got a call yesterday morning. It was readily apparent that it was a sales person for a retail energy company. I informed them I was on the do not call registry. They told me Duke Energy had given them my number. I told him I was not interested, and he became threatening, indicating that he would put my electric rate back up to the highest possible. He demanded that I go long on to my computer so that he could walk me through the requirements. I reported the number to to do not call.

It's a ROBO call, supposedly reported from other sources as a telemarketer for utilities.

This number called here and hung up after 3 rings. Annoying.
