CALLED THE NUMBER BACK SHE CLAIMED THEY ARE CARDMEMBER SERVICES AND ASK FOR MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. WHEN I REFUSED SHE GOT NASTY ABOUT IT. SHE DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AS CARDMEMBER SERVICES. SHE JUST SAID HELLO WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK
