I got multiple calls from Genpact with this number. When I blocked it, they began calling from: 513-878-4961. They leave no message and call multiple times throughout the day. It is annoying, probably illegal and does not end. I wish there was a way to prevent these unwanted calls. The caller ID sometimes comes up as Genpact Services and other times just says Cincinnati Ohio.

They keep calling me and never leaves a voicemail. Obviously not going to answer. They call me every day and it's really annoying. Yes, thank you I know I owe money..just got a new job and can't afford to pay it yet.

If you keep getting calls from this debt collection company, you can sue them for harassment under the FDCP Act

I received a call yesterday from 513-878-4911 I can honesty say that yes I do have tremendous debt but I am paying it my way and not theirs I didn't get to answer the phone yesterday so they left me a voice mail I called back stating that i received a call from that number and it seems they knew right away my name....I hung up I blocked the number on my cell phone they can call as much as they want it will not ring on my end.

513-878-3692 (another GenPact line) called me today (Sunday at 8:28am) asking for one of my relatives. They told me they were calling from Genpact Services. This is harassment as that person has never lived here, and has no linked financial business with me or my family. They were asking for her, if I knew her, how they could contact her, etc. The Indian gentlemen on the line said his name was Austin Parker...hmmm...I am glad I do not owe these guys. Are they calling people's relatives to shame them into paying their debts?

Very annoying calls that I would like to have stopped, as I have never heard of these people before.

There has to be a way to stop this non-sense. I don't own ANYBODY ANYTHING, so it isn't just about unpaid bills.

Please stop calling my work, you guys are bothering & harassing me on my job, too. So kindly please stop calling me at work ok. We are all human that forgotten there bills so stop calling me at my job. I would be appreciated do not call my work.

I would like some help with numerious and anonymous phone calls that I am receiving at (410) 754-8123. I keep getting a phone call from (513) 878-3692. I asked the caller the other day if they were from Genpact Services LLC and they told me they could not reveal who they are working for. The gentleman had an Indian accent.

I did some research on the internet and according to internet sources this number belongs to Genpact Services LLC.

To my knowledge I have never talked to anyone from Genpact Services LLC or ever received any correspondence from them. They do not reveal who they are. They just keep calling and calling. The following is a phone log of the calls I have received from (513) 878-3692 from July 1, 2011 through July 4, 2011. The area code (513) for this number is from Missouri.

Have gotten 4 calls today within 8 hours.  No voicemails.

Genpact Services LLC calls my cell phone way too often and does not leave any message. They left one message so far on my home phone. The worst thing about them is that they call over and over again very early on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This is harassment, and I am going to sue them for it. I'm also going to writ them a debt validation letter in which I will also ask them to cease and desist from all telephone communications with me.

Correction, according to the above posts, this is GENPACT. They wanted to settle my debt for a significantly reduced price.

If this is GenPak, they wanted to settle my debt for only 50% and in installments.
