Coninual calls/hang-ups form this number; haven't tried calling it back though

Call comes in. I hear what sounds like voices in a room. They hang up. I called the number back and the message comes on saying the number is "Not In Service".  I am going to call Cincinnati Bell and ask how someone can make a call from a number that is not in service.

Same thing here.  Every evening and now started in morning.  Evenings from 898-8504, mornings 898-8500.  Did you have any success with Cincinnati Bell?

Called and I could hear what sounded like a t.v in the back. Hung up after a few seconds.

Asked for me, asked who's calling, Mr. Lawrence, then hang up.
