I was scammed by these jerks!!!
I fought back the best I could.

After realizing they had buried the conditions of the automatic charging and the fact the time you have to reject the product starts the day you place the order not the day you received it…I saw the $85 dollar charge on my card!

Then I realized the company had dead end e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. So I called my bank and insisted they charge it back…that it was a scam! When they resisted I asked to cancel my VISA card with my bank (not change the number–Tell them you want a new card!!! They tried to tell me there was no point —these merchants can ‘force through charges if they chose’—-even if you have changed cards. I told them that in that case I may be closing closing all of my accounts. They soon changed their mind and charged it back and put the onus back on the thieves to contest the charges. Keep all E-mails you have sent to the ‘company’ explicitly stating you are canceling your account and any future orders. The bank may need these if the merchant fights back.

The truth is these crooks are fighting so many charge-backs that they probably won’t contest them if you can get the bank on your side.

Force your bank to do the same. In all honesty I was expecting I might get stuck for the first charge because of the fine print–I was more concerned about ongoing charges at that point.
By the way…I never even received the product.

I wrote this letter to the acai health company as they are charging me for no reasons:

I regret to inform u tht, i am very dissatisfied by the service of ur team

Earlier, whn i read abt your offer from a frd of mine (on your website) it was mentioned try it for 5.99$ or something.
N when i made the payment for the trial bottle, i was charged 21$. Now I dun understand how on earth can you charge 3times the amount earlier.

Secondly, it took nearly abt a fortnite for the bottle to be delivered

But then all of a sudden I get the latest email some 2 days after the bottle is deliverd that you will be
charged some 80$ for the bottle as (As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at
the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order EPW-265233 $79.95 for the product received) then this is just not fair.

So i'm really sorry to inform you that i would like to return the bottle. As it is I have just used it a couple of times.

Hence, i would really appreciate that you let me the procedure to return the bottle to you asap and kindly not to charge the 80$
to my account.

I have a phony charge on my account and this was the number given to me as to where the charge orginated from.  Like everyone else when I call the number there is no answer it just goes straight to a machine and now I am getting that the machine is full and can not take anymore calls.  Will be reporting this to my AG's office next.

I am in the process of disputing the transaction that being charged to be for 79.95 on my credit card.  I also reported my card as stolen so that they can change the number and give me new card because I know this company will keep charging people from the story I read online.  We need to report this company as Fraud.  It seemed that they have product shipped from China and it is not just for vital rezv, it's other herbal product as well that being shipped from the same company but maybe through different email addresses.  The email that sent to me was sent by paulbundt@gmail.com saying  that I will be charged on my credit card.   I sent multiple emails regarding to cancelling this product with no luck.  I think we all need to also report this incident to consumer report as well.

i am reading everyone's comments and im absouletly shocked but not because it didnt happen to me too but becaise of so many people who were scamme. I too ordered a free trial of acaiberry but when i called to cancell kept getting the answering machine. i didnt think it was normal to be getting the answering machine for a customer service so kept calling and then leaving messages to be contacted back. My account have been charged 79.95 and there's nothing that the bank can do about it.
I dont think thatthose things are right. the banks should have protocols in place preventing those things or at least getting the customers approval before going through with all those transactions>
 But i did a little researching of my own and was able to come up with a partial address. the phone is registered in Roxboro, Quebec in Canada

My story is the same as all if these. I orderd vitalrezv from Paulbundt@gmail.com and was also charged $79.95 the day I recieved the product. I never agreed to this and sent off several emails asking for the address to send it back and credit bank account. No response. I called my bank and they credited my account while they are investigating. I will not take any of these vitamins because they came from China from a scam artist. What's really in them? I don't even know where to send them back to. Does anyone have an address?

Make sure you know where you are calling!! some prefixes look regular but you are actually calling long distance to another country!  Also some go to the Camen Ilands (and other places) and you are charged large amounts to your phone bill, the charges are hard to reverse cause you dialed the number!

the same thing happened to me, with the acai berry tablets. i have contacted the bbb and waiting for a reply. i also filed a complaint with my bank and will be going to cancel my debit card to avoid what i am hearing here, additional charges. please... if anyone gets anywhere let us all know so we can proceed and stop these people from doing this to others.. and..i WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WILL FIGHT UNTIL I DO!  i and it seems you all.. did not approve these charges. someone has to be responsible....... i think the BANK! they allowed it and should not have.

I ordered on-line a free sample of "America's #1 Anti-aging pills" "Vitalrezv", Resveratrol 100 mg. It was a free trial offer, I gave my address and they asked for my credit card # to pay for the shipping of $5.95 us. I recieved the bottle of 30 pills approx. two weeks later, I started taking the pills (one a day) right away. I had only taken 9 pills, when I get this e-mail from Super-Life products customer service (paulbundt@gm.com), thanking me for my purchase, since I did'nt e-mail them to tell them that I was dis-satisfied after 15 days, they were now going to charge my visa for $79.95 usd. I immediately e-mailed them telling them that I didn't know anything about that and that I was led to believe that it was a free trial offer, and if only 15 pills were free, why didn't they send me only 15. Also I told them that I only took 9 pills @ one a day from the time I had recieved them. I also asked them for their address so that I could send them the unused portion of the bottle of pills(21). I told them not to charge my visa.
Of course I didn't get any response from them, I them e-mailed them three other e-mails telling them to remove the authorization from my visa. I spoke to visa, they are aware and they advised me to do what I did. They will dispute this with the company, if they can reach them.  
I am very angry about this. I need my money.

This is a scam , I ordered a free trial of vital acai-berry diet pills. They arrived two weeks later..when I opened the envelope powder came at me the pills were all crushed. There was no reciept or return address. I tried canceling my free trial before the 15 days. But they charged me 79.95 and I cant get through to anyone to cancel. I have no email address and no one answers the phone.

Same thing happened to me accept I had purchased them for my mom and now they have charged me $79.95. I logged into my wells fargo account, because I used a debit card, there was another charge of $79.95 pending, they were thirteen days apart.

I called the number on the back of my card and they have shut down my card and are sending me a new one, have filed a report to them (for both times), and will try getting rid of my overdraft fees, along with adding a temporary amount to my card in case anything DOES go through even though they blocked all pending transactions. They were really good about it and told me to call imediatly if anything goes through.

I really hope I get my money back. Whoever is doing this has no idea what some of the people they are ripping off would do to them if they met them.

I did the same thing to get the ACAI free trail. Also got a $79.95 unexpected charge on my visa.An email told me that that's my "order", although I didn't do anything to put such order.

My visa bank CIBC's customer service said they can't do anything about this! They doubt that there were something included in the Terms and Conditional I didn't pay attention to.They suggest me to cancel the trail which I don't even know how to do it. After I read all the comments here, realizing this is scam, and a phony company won't take any cancellation, right?

What can I do now? To cancel or renew my credit card?

I did the "free" offer thing and have now been charged for 2 shipments at $75 a pop.  The first shipment I never got and the second one that I was sent was returned Refused.  I just got off the phone with my Bank and they are investigating.  In the mean time I have cancelled my card and requested a new one so they can no longer charge my account for this crap.
