I wish to know how to stop this number from callin my phone. Can you please help me?

I just got a call from this number, I could not pickup I was busy at work.
They did not leave a voice mail message though

I got the same message and I am with Bell/Aliant this morning at 11:23am and I emailed them and got the following reply and have not emailed them back yet.......

did you manage to get these charges reersed?  I'm having the same problem...

I've been charged 3 times $4.50 from 514-555-1212, calls I did not make.. How can I get these reversed?  Bell will not reverse them...

I was charged 7 times $4,50 per minute for a call I did not made ???? called my local comapny and they did not know who charged me. is there a way to avoid this ???? to have them calling me or charging me another time ? I am annoyed...

Government grants and other bu***hit.  Calls numerous times.  I've figured out they are using the Asterisk open source pbx (cheap bastards) to do there auto-dialing.

Continues to call even when they say press "9" to be put on their do not call list.
