Can you back up this claim.  I am not challenging you, but, I am researching Romac.  they are very determined to get their money and I am determined to keep my hard earned money.

FYI - BEWARE this is a scam.

They called called up looking to verify our contact information.
They then asked if we had a website address.
And then they asked where to send our latest invoice.

Wait... what latest invoice? I am the marketing coordinator and I did not authorize any paid advertising with 411.ca. And then he explained that we hadn't talked about that yet. And I said.. talked about what? I have no interest in advertising with you... so why are you sending me an invoice?

And then all I heard was
"Okay then *click*"

This is a scam. They could have got a hold of any one of my staffers and then sent this ridiculous invoice. Do not fall for it guys!

This company is a scam along with datasource411, abidirectory, and romac publishing. They are all the same people. Beware

Calls to our office in Northern BC.  Waits until the phone is answered and then hangs up.  Very annoying!

Be careful this company is a scam. They say they are 411DirectoryAsssistance.ca and that they are accredited with the Better Business Bureau. After calling the BBB I found out that they have never granted them that accreditation. Lots of these happening lately. If the calls are persistant/harassing dial *57 and report them to your carrier (telus/bell/verizon) etc.

Called December 3rd, 2009 at 10:38am PST. I am in Vancouver, a lady asked for the Business owner or office manager. I work in office maybe I can help and she asked if I am in charge of purchasing, i said no may i take a message and shesaid no she'll call back....Weird

called me, no one answered on their end after I did say hello, then silence from me, they hung up

Called us 9:52 am on Nov 26, 2009.  Claimed they were from "direct 411".  Colleague answered the phone and told them not interested.  No name display.

Called us at 5 p.m. on Nov 12, 2009. Just one ring and they didn't wait for us to answer. The city was ID'd as Montreal; caller name: Unavailable.

continuous calls, leave no messages. i just blocked their number with call guard

They called a business line and asked for the boss by first name only. I told him I would see if he is available and then they hung up.

phoned a couple times now. ask who they were calling said our buisness name and replied oh what ever and hung up.

Telemarketing boiler room scam from Montreal pretending to be 411.ca - just hang up.

Calls repeatedly - nothing but silence.

I called the number back and asked to be taken off their call list.  They answer the phone as Directory Assistance 411.ca.

Didn't show who was calling or who was calling asked for the boss. Said I can take a message, he hung up

Received a call from 514-789-2449 on my cell and no one spoke

They called my business line and tried to sell me a listing for some kind of "411 Directory".  I told them forget it

Same here, they phoned and said nothing, so I phoned tham back, and they answered  "411 DirectoryAsssistance.ca how may I help you?'. I said nothing too!
