they said they were calling because they have a "business relationship with National Geographic". We are on a no-call list. I'm cancelling my subscription.

three rings and hand up also, but at work. very irritating

they call me a minimum of 3 times a day EVERYDAY, I am sick of it.

This is National Geographic Home Entertainment. They sell DVD's and things. They can call you if you have a relationship with National Geographic, it doesn't matter if you are on the DO NOT CALL List. I called the number and asked to be removed from their list.

I'm getting the same annoying phone calls.  I called up National Geographic direct to complain.  They don't seem to like the fact that they are about to lose a lot of business due to these annoying phone calls. They are looking into it.  Isn't that nice.

How very interesting that this is National Geographic Home Entertainment - I wonder how in the he** they got my WORK phone #??  They called at 10:45 AM while I was in a meeting - showed up on my caller ID.  I am quite sure I have never, ever used my work phone# in conjunction with anything for National Geographic.

I never answer unknown calls!

They call 2-3 times a day. I always let my answering machine pick up, since I have Caller ID and don't know the #
