Scam! And happened exactly one week after I signed up for the TMZ mpoints. Odd.

I forgot to add that you are asked to send your information to the following number: 6268001600. That number is registered to a Alberto Jorge in Monterey Park, CA. I just find it a bit strange to be getting messages from numbers from Iowa, that then ask you to send our personal information to numbers in California. I hope this information helps!!

I keep getting text messages with links for free VIP tickets to a show "this Friday" and I'm positive it is a scam. They text you from one number and then ask you to text a different number to get your information for free tickets. The message does not tell you what company they are from or any information about themselves. I tried looking up this number and the only information I have found is that the number is from Iowa. Do not give any personal information!!
