Have been receiving calls from 515-344-3604 twice daily for the past couple of days.  They do not leave a message as to why they are calling

They disturb me at work and at home on my cell several times a day, just in the last two weeks.  No one is on the line when I answer, so I have no clue who it is, but thanks for the info about CBE.  I, too, will file a complaint.

This number 515-344-3604 calls our landline 4 times a day; around 8am, 12noon, 3pm, and 8pm.  Never leaves a message. I looked this up and saw where someone thought it to be a "collection" agency out of Iowa.  All my bills are current so I don't know why they would be calling.  Generally, if there were ever a discrepancy or question, the creditor will call and leave a message because they would want that person to have the info to call back. This way, it looks like a telemarketer.  
Does anyone truly know who is 515-344-3604 and what are they up to?

Get calls all hours of day thru 8:59pm. Starts at 8:00am.  I answer 1/2 time to listen to a recording. I've asked them to quit calling, I'm not even the person they are looking for! They tell me they will update info so I won't get anymore calls...hasn't stopped yet!

They call me several times a day, never leave a message and hang up on me if I answer. I'm glad actually that whatever company it is, is paying someone to waste their time and money.

Call came in on my cell phone from Iowa.  No one answered.

They call me at least twice a day and I want it to stop.  I do not answer the phone.

Sadly it's not covered under HIPPA due to them not releasing any information that would breach his personal security.

Called my brand new cell phone number... Not sure how they got it. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize though.

Every day. Don't answer. Iowa. Assume like others that it is collection, but it sure wouldn't be for ME! Guessing a son with huge hospital bills used my number as next of kin. Isn't this covered under HIPAA? Phone numbers and people's names aren't privileged information on medical records? I might have to persue this, but, for now, I'll simply block the number. LOL!

I just received a call from them also.  They WOULD NOT tell me what the call was regarding but they wanted personal information from me.  I asked multiple time who they were and what it is regarded.  They never did tell me and I didn't give them any information

Everyday I get calls from this #, also 319-242-7348.........am NOT behind on ANY bills I owe and would like to know why they are calling me???

I have received several calls from this number and from 319-242-7348 - I have filed a complaint with the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/complaints.  I will not tolerate being harrassed on my own phone.

Just got off the phone with "shawn"  from CEB Group wanted way to much info form me without giving any first as to who they are what they wanted but made tape of call and will persue leagal action with NYS State Attourney.  No matter how you spell it!!!!!!  :)  :(

This is a number used by the CBE group (collectors) in Iowa. Calls come via autodialer, "Please hold for an important message from the CBE group..." They never leave a message. They called twice today at 10:08 hrs and 13:44 hrs. CBE Group uses a variety of numbers, and changes them over time.
