Just started getting calls from them today, four calls while I was at work, no voicemails. I don't have time for that kind of crap, and assigned them a silent ringtone designating the contact as A-hole #11 in a series of such callers. They can call all they like it will get them nothing.

They called me 2-3 times and no one on the other side. They just cut off the phone.

These people call me daily. I have no private loans,credit cards,etc. I have a home loan and auto loan thats it. They will not leave a message and when I do awnser the phone they give me no info other than they are collecting a debt. They want my account numbers to settle this issue (yeah right) or they will contact IC3 (internet fraud basically) I say give me the IP address on the account and they won't. So I reported them to IC3 and they call before 8AM which is against debt laws anyway. I have contacted a lawyer and decided to sue them under fair debt laws and harassment.Max award is 1000 and lawyer fees.
