I receive a voice mail call from Walter White with Central Check Processing claiming that I had corresponded with them and that he is concerned with multiple NSF checks and that they are being required to prosecute me by the company I supposedly owe money to.  I actually receive three, one to my work phone, one to my cell phone and one to my mother's home phone.  On the voice mail left on my work number he even left my Drivers Licence number.  

The phone number I was given to call back is 716 253 6091.  I called this number and he stated I owed money to Advance America. He also stated that they do not have to validate the debit because they had one ACH withdrawal proving that the debt was valid.  While I may or may not actually owe Advance America, i will not be paying any company that threatens criminal action on a civil debt.

I did a google search on this company and they are actually located in New York.  Per the BBB website this company has an F rating and the New York Attorney Generals office has filed suit against this company for illegal debt collection practices and won.  It looks like they have not learned their lesson.  

I would be very wary giving any information to this company with out a debt validation letter.  This is our right under the Fair Debt Collection act.  I am going to contact the company I supposedly owe and verifying all information and will make arrangements to pay them directly if the debt is actually owed, not any other company.

Been receiving suspicious phone calls all morning so receptionist forwarded it to me.  The guy (Mason Ewing) was quick on the draw when answering questions.  He was able to rattle off an account number, institution names etc. where the money was owed and had an entire story.  So I toyed with him a bit.  Scary thing is that all the information he had was close in terms of SS#.  After playing his game a bit I told him to take me to court in which he abruptly hung up.  Upon googling I found several complaints of which law enforcement doesn't seem to do anything about or so I assume since I see the complaints continue.

So on that note....................Hey Mason, why don't you get a career other than trying to rip people off?  Your gig is getting old but it was fun messing with you!  Have a great day ya slug!

A person by the name of Mason Ewing called stating that he was calling from Central Processing and that a company I had until Wednesday to pay $325.00. The number that they left for me is 602-635-4919.

They used to call from 720-253-1292. This time they didn't leave a message. Seems they changed their number. I'm wondering if I should change mine.

Called left very long threatening voicemail about a claim with zero information and keeps hanging up when i answer the call and is a buys signal when i call back .

A lady named Rachel called my employ and left a voice mail stating she was from Central Check Processing and my name, dob, ss# and other personal information was used on an "application" (but of course didn't say what kind of app) and she wants me to call so she can get my info and have this taken care of.  
I have a fraud alert on my credit report so I don't get phone calls like this from this company.

This woman by the name of Leah Armstrong keeps calling my place of employment. My manager has spoken to her several times and has told her that we are not allowed personal phone calls, to contact me at an alternate number and she doesn't stop. She claims she is going to serve me with court papers for some fraudulent activity on my checking acct and when my manager told her to go ahead and serve me or do what she has to do just stop calling there she said she wasn't going to stop calling and that my manager was nobody and hung up on her. Who does this kind of stuff, really. She claims to be with the Fraud Division for Central Check Processing and she's following up possible fraud transactions on my Chase Account.I don't have a chase account so I don't know what this woman is talking about. I've been through scams like this before so I don't want to make any contact with these people period!

Rachel phoned stating she was from Central Collection Agency My name, DOB and ss # was linked to an account contact her at 877-957-6952  Ext 312 to resolve this matter. Several times a day she has called but wont really discuss .

Called and said that there were a bunch of transactions with a checking account linked to my name and social security number and they wanted to know what my intentions were with these transactions. I don't even have a checking account!!!!

Called and left a rude message, no further information given
