I get them, too..not as often as you. Do not answer them. Just block them on your phone.

They called me 3 times, starting at 5am (I am in CA).  Called them back and they were trying to reach my roommate from 10 years ago.  She claimed they would take me off the call list.  It was the same number all 3 times, so I just blocked them.

Called me twice today. Iowa number. Never leaves a  message.

This number calls my home phone and my cell phone several times EVERY day and will not leave a message on either.  I have my numbers registered on the Do Not Call Registry, so this is very frustrating and annoying.  I am not behind on any bills either and the student loans are paid off!

Its a utility company wanting you to switch to them.  One of those that doesn't "actually" provide the power, but does the billing.

And by the way, I should have mentioned that I DID actually report them from my state. Unfortunately, it was a while back and I don't remember who I had to report them to, and I'm pretty sure that the appropriate reporting agency may be different in every state.

Then find out who the appropriate person(s) would be to report them to and then REPORT THOSE SORRY @#%&$#%, uh-uhmm, those disturbing and bothersome ..... well you get the point...

(515)954-7698?  They call me every day 3 - 4 times, even on Sunday.  So I did a reverse search and found nothing. When I Googled the # I found out that they are a fake debt company that mainly harasses people with student loans.  But I have no debt or student loans so I couldn't figure out why they were calling.  I answered the other day thinking the had the wrong #.  But they asked for me by name so I said "yeah, who is this."  Then they asked for my social and birthday and never said who they are or why they were calling.  When I refused to give them my personal info the guy flipped out and said I owed $1500 from some company in KS.  The guy yelled and cursed me claiming to sue unless I settled the $1500 debt for a one time payment of $300. But only if I paid with a credit card right then and there.  I yelled and went off on him and hung up.  Needless to say, they are wanna be scam artist posing as a collection agency.  If they call you back answer and tell them to put you on the do not call list and report them to the DNC!  They are scumbags that will take you for all u have!  Good Luck!!!

I'm pretty sure one of them has sold my info. This number is being added to my blacklist numbers.

Called that number and got a recorded message saying "Thank you for calling CBE Group, your call may be recorded". CBE Group is a collections agency headquartered in Waterloo, Iowa. http://www.cbegroup.com/ If their automated system doesn't pick up, call their other number listed on their site and tell them to end the calls if you truly do not have any debts they are trying to collect for another company.

This is absolutely NOT Iowa Student Loan. The 515-954-xxxx prefix is owned by Windstream Communications and we have do not have any services from that company. The calls your getting are most likely spoofed ANI from any fraudulent SPAM marketing company.

I got a call from this number this morning around 10am, no vm, but I never had any student loans.  No other help I can offer either though :(

This number keeps on calling me very day! Twice a day,never miss a day, never leave a message. This disrupted my sleep every morning. I am sooo annoyed! I dont even remember owing money, or having a student loan, or something! I don't even have a credit card! This call is getting on my nerve!!!

Thanks to you all posting it was student loans, I did a little more research!  This is what I found:
Iowa Student Loan Liquidity Corporation and here is the website: http://www.studentloan.org/Contact-Us/Contact-Us.aspx.   They are a private company also.  This is what I unearthed so far.  Should I find more info, I will post it ;)

They're part of a collections agency, and often harass people who are related to the debtor. They also use numbers out of a Georgia and a Iowa area code.

Call all day today four tomes started at 8, no message, have been calling my cell several times a day. for months.  It's a new phone to me.

I think it is for past due Student Loans could that be possible?

they never leave a message and the one time I answered, all I heard on the other end was backround noise.  I have a blackberry and downloaded an app called "call annhilator" so now I never know when they call; it doesn't ring!

I just got a new phone number less than a week ago and this number started calling me this morning. Five times already! No name or message. Reverse Caller ID says it's a cellphone located in Des Moines, Iowa.

Just got the fifth call of the day from this number. Has anyone answered it yet to find out for sure who it is? I just might!
