I received a call from this number. Looked it up on AnyWho and found the following:

Funny thing is that when you call the number back - it isn't in service. Sounds suspicious to me.

I have got more than 10 calls from different numbers. I always could find the number on whocallsme.com. Now I found a very helpful website: http://cameo.livejournal.com/27361.html

This is a sham telemarketing company. They have called me numerous times and I finally got to speak

with a very rude young woman.

What happens is you pick up and hear a recording that says "Your car warranty is about to expire." If you

stay on the line you get someone.

I was polite with the lady, asked her how she got my number and she tried to skirt the issue, saying that

they "get a list of people who have warranties." I told her I didn't even have a car, and asked if they get

an actual list from the company I used to have a car with or what. She cut me off saying "I'll take you off

our list thanks." I told her "No, hold on, I have a couple more questions. Did I ever do business with you,

or do you call people hoping they have a warranty expiring or what?" She repeated herself again, when I

tried to ask the question again she HUNG UP ON ME.

Very rude to call people, lie about their warranty, then hang up on them while they're talking! I didn't raise

my voice and wasn't inconsiderate in the least. She never even gave me her name or the name of the

company she was calling with. As far as I know, hanging up on someone you called like that is illegal, as

is not identifying yourself and your company.

The reason why the number is listed as a residence is these companies find old out of service numbers,

and then spoof them to cover their tracks. I think it's probably not even a real company, or else they'd

have no problem identifying themselves. I have a feeling these are some people trying to get personal info

to scam or do identity theft.

This idiot called at midnight and didn't say anything.

I think i'ma answer it next time and be like "really? you sell a warranty for 1983 firebirds? well sign me up skipper i think i'm about 10 minutes away from blowing the engine on it!"

Just gotta call at 6:41, didn't bother to call it back

Got the same thing half hour ago. It's a pre-recorded scam starting with "This is the second notice that the factory warranty on your vehicle is expiring."  Googled it and found it has been going on for a while. It's really annoying.

i got the same call and since im a police officer, criminal charges will be filed on this company

this number just called my phone twice but when i tried to call it back it was out of service, then it just rang the second time.

called twice today - 1:46 and 4:20.. no message

hang up on v-mail tried to rturn call # out of service

This number called me and I tried to call it back but the number is no longer in service.

received a call. ignored it - no message.

I recieved a call from the same number and looked it up ! and here it is in suspicious calls!  (I happened to miss it anyways).
