Yes, I have the same problem with Yellow Holding Ltd. They keep sending me invoice and now threaten me that they going to toss me to legal collection company. What is the best way to fight with that scam company. Plz let me know. Bruce

Only need 35 people / complaints for class action lawsuit. DO NOT PAY ONE PENNY...They will even call stating they are bill collecters trying to scare consumer into paying for fraud bill. Take time to file complaint Any where on the internet. So others will know.

Do not pay any bills from Yellow Holdings LTD aka Yellow pages. Even If you was fooled into signing contact. They will charge you late fees harass you for money. They will even have a collection agency call you . Its just another business they own trying to scare a consumer into paying. I Love Going after companies like these. Yellow Holding, LTD, 250 Mill Street, Rochester,NY - Eric Johnston - Accounts (866-259-2291). Scum scam operation. The office they list is for lease as of 31 days ago. Posing as the Yellow Pages and it is a fraud scam with nothing to show for except to extract money from people (like me) who unknowingly sign and date a fax indicating your desire to be listed in local yellow pages but the fine print (that one needs a magnifying glass to read) states anyone signing is subjected to a two year contract for $1,099.00. I am now delinquent and these morons state I now owe them 1,429.00! Eric Johnston stated I can pay by wiring money to: Pereus Bank Cyprus, 3302 Limasol, Kolonakiou Ave., IBAN: CY83 0080 0270 0000 0000 0089 2015,BIC/Swift: PIRBCY2N. I am going to give all my info. to the FBI and my legitimate YP company.

The better business bureau is right! Do not pay the bill! I remember this happen back in 2008 at a company I worked
at & they called, sent letters cancelling the listing. It was not an authorized signature for the company & they kept sending invoices & notices. The company manager ask for  yellow Holding business number & they would not give it nor do they have one or it should have been on the invoices they sent. They eventually stop sending invoices after the 10th one (I believe) & I do not remember anyone ever calling looking for payment, they just send invoice with threats! And, if they did the would have been told they were not being paid cause it is a scam. I remember the company called & sent a letter cancelling the listing two weeks prior to it being signed, like they say you can & they still would not except to cancel the listing. Also, they sent them a letter stating they were not going to pay the bill cause that is what the better business bureau said it was a scam & to not pay it & the still would send invoices that they were not going to cancel the listing or the bill! I don't think, they can put you in collections unless they have a business number to provide to the collections agency.

Same thing happened to me--I'm the owner and thinking it was the legit YP for ATT--have been paying them each month (ATT). Then got this faxed notice from the "Legal Department" saying I owed 1299.00 and could submit a payment to the Piraeus Bank in Cyprus!!! I'm trashing it, but as I did sign the form am concerned. Any thoughts??

got the fax form from yellow holding ltd and like others, was deceptive into filling out and signing (i own the business).  I won't pay them but am concerned if they can legally file anything negative on a credit report?

Same thing here.  We get "reminders"  every 8 days with added $50.00 charges each time. We are ignoring the bills. This is a widespread scam across the US and Canada.

Just ignore the invoices. Same thing happened to me in September 2013. Employee signed the form. Was told by the better business bureau just to ignore and not pay.

They are fraudsters - steal the yellow page logo and try and cheat people out of 1000's of dollars- look up yellow scams with federal trade commission- the FTC just shut down several yellow page scams and now another has popped up. Look them up on better business bureau over 60 complaints

some idiot keeps calling, and will leave no message. I have tried to call the number and they will not answer. If they cannot answer a return call, I would be quite happy if they took me of there list, and be more considerate as I have a very sick person at home. Sorry to say they are also sick, but in a different way

It is fraud company. Asking for a cheque only for Yellow Pages Holdings Ltd. which is not legit. Do not send them anything.

this jerk keeps trying to fax me on a number than has not been a fax for over 5 years.   Shows you how dishonest these companies that sell numbers to other companies telling then that their lists are "all up to date"  Ha Ha.

Total scam.

Live in Hawaii; same thing happening here today; Thu 4/04/13.  Just reported to ACTION line here in Hawaii and they'll be investigating.  Becareful; a lot of scams and marketing going on.  Be safe and well.  Aloha!

I have been recieving calls like all the above for the past year. It sounds like a fax machine but yet it dosen't, strange.  It comes in spurts, meaning the calls start, continue for a few months at all hours of the day & night, then stops for a few months. Only difference is the number is comes up on my caller ID Blocked, Private or Unknown, until today 3/21/2013!
I recieved 1 earlier this morning, came up Private & I just recieved another about 6pm ET...I was thrilled that the most recent call actually showed a phone # on my caller ID!!!
I did a seach & the search brought me to this website. It is the # all of you have been getting calls from. I just wanted to thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
I am disabled & these calls are driving me nuts! I have had several spinal surgeries, my neck & back were broken in a car accident. I need my rest!!! I hope it stops after following the advise from this site....Thanks again!

getting calls from this number   it sounds like a fax machine  would be good if they would take my number off their list of fax since I do not have a fax machince and since I don't want to receive calls from who ever it is   thanks

I was having the same problem. This # , (516) 417-5935 , has been calling me at all hours for months now. I finally tracked down the company and found out that you need to send an email to abuse@level3.com. Ask them to contact the owner of that phone # to stop the nusance/illegal faxing calls. We have not had a single call from them since I reported the problem to this email address. Hope this helps.
