He called and asked me how things were in tampa, and kept telling me "[he's] got something for me" it was weird

Got a call at around 5:00am on my cell phone. A message was left that sounded like a recording when you're on hold. I could hear them switch to the recording and then at the end, pick up and hang up the phone. Can only find it to be in New Port Richey, FL.

I am guessing this is a mental hopital of some kind. I got a collect call from someone who had tried to commit suicide and they were calling from this number in New Port Richey.
