They called one of my customers and told her that they were going to have her arrested.  The stated that she owed my bank money and that my bank had referred her account to them for collections.  They actually are debt collectors working for "My Cash Now".  I called them and told them that they were unfairly and deceptively claiming that they were collecting for my bank - which is in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.   Anthony Goldstein the "so called" pre-legal supervisor stated that they would continue to use my company's name for as long as they wanted and then hung up on me.  I have reported them to the FTC and also the Mass AG's office.

It was a debt collector.
