Chief Mark Garnsey of the Capital City Airport Authority Public Safety (Airport Police) executed a search warrant for that number in September of 2013.  The phone was seized for evidence.  Apparently the guy had been doing the same thing to a number of people there too.  He used our complaint and his to get the warrant.  He said the guy was an adult but with the capacity of about an 8 year old and that he will be seeking a treatment, medical solution but also make sure he won't be able to to keep the texting nonsense up.  So, any of you who are experienceing the nonsense, it's not going to continue.

My husband and I thought it was one of his friends because this same number text his brother a few weeks earlier asking for diapers. He then began to text all of us saying pampers mount hope church and that he wanted pictures . He sent me a picture of a man in a diaper . He was also texting our neghbors daughter who is 12 years old a few weeks ago sending the same disturbing pictures.I then decided to google the phone number and came upon all of these posts . If anyone hears anything more about this creep please post . We want to call the police but are not sure what can be done. I've read the police have already been contacted and that the first report was this "Dennis" is mentally challenged ... The second said it was an app (which I don't feel is true) not sure what to do ... :-/

I keep getting the same texts as well.  If he is mentally challenged like one of the posts suggests, they need to take his phone.  This is creepy.

"Dennis" has been texting me all morning.  Started off with the same pampers text.  Eventually he asked me for a picture so I found a picture of a toothless old man on google and sent it to him.  BIG MISTAKE.  He then sent me a picture of him wearing a diaper.  I looked up "picture of man wearing diaper" on google and could not find the same picture. This leads me to believe it actually is a picture of him.  Is it too early to start drinking?

He texted me saying the same thing and claimed he knew my friends too, brought up marriage and tried to get me to send him pictures. Definitely avoid him, he won't shut up, don't indulge his creepiness.

RECEIVED A TEXT THIS AFTERNOON ASKING FOR PAMPERS.  LOOKED UP THIS NUMBER AND APPARENTLY THIS IS A COMMON THING FOR "DENNIS" TO DO.

He texted me today about pampers!! My cousin contacted the local police and we were told it was an app! I call BS! How does an "app" carry on a conversation?This creep ameeting up and said he was looking for"sex"! Something needs to be done! Taking his phone number away will do nothing! Not like he couldnt just get another number and start all over again!

I have been getting text from this Dennis since last year, if you do not reply he will stop texting you after a while, save his number under "creeper" or something because he will try to text you again months later, he recently texted me about diapers, I did not save the number so I did not know it was him so I replied "wrong number" and he now is texting me non stop! Save his number in case he contacts you again so you know not to reply.  Also share your story because it seems like he is doing this to many people and I would hate to see it happen to others like teens and children who do not understand what is going on and not to text or meet up with him. Hope this helps someone.

My YOUNGER brother (13 yes old) received a text from this number telling him to go pick up diapers. My brother was asked multipul times to pick them up,one of the texts said "Dennis I need you to pick them up now" my brother has NO reason to pick up diapers and his name is nothing close to Dennis! He for sure needs his phone removed from him...what a creep!!

Received texts with images of a non-child in a diaper, saying this is Dennis, and saying I'm your friend. Creeper. Needs to have a court order for his phone to be removed from him.

Don't worry I reported him to the police and they called me saying they contacted his father and he is mentally retarded, he doesn't really understand that us girls think he is creepy so just don't text him back i guess.

This person texted me said "hi".  I asked who it was because I didn't recognize the number.  He said my friends gave him my number.  I told him to quit texting me and he replied "mad".

This same number has been texting my sister since this afternoon. His first message was, "how are you? how old are? what's your name? you go first. my name's Dennis." said he knows our friends. talking about our friends want them to get together. has anything been done to get this person to stop? excuse the grammatical and punctuation errors.

He wont stop texting. He says his name is Dennis. Told me he loved me. Creep.  I am reporting him to the sherriff.

Told me that he loved me and when I told him that I had called the police on him before he told me that I was lying!  Which I am not.  Ingham County was called about this 3 months ago and they will be again!!!!!

I get charged for text, do you? Do you text back? More money! Maybe we should  look at who is making the money. I'm retired, not really out there like so many of you, but this thing is a scam involving money! Can you smell it? To many people  being text to be anything else. This has been going on well over a year.  I had the # blocked for the third time. This is not the only # these people use. I challenged my phone company to take action because it looks its them.  The information
was forwarded to her boss. I'll let you know who my phone company is and if they take any action.

This same person keeps texting me and asking if I am a girl as well!
