Called and hung up.  Tried to call back and got a recording.  I have blocked this number on phone

Calling and leaving empty voicemails.  Kind of annoying.

When I answered, nobody replied.

1-517-682-0140 called me as well, but I wasn't available, and they wouldn't talk to my wife.  So I called them to figure out what it was about.  It is a donor solicitor for non-profits and such.  Next time I get them I am going to have them take me off the list.
